这栋楼很旧,我一到就发现入住柜台后面的墙上有霉菌。
房间还不错,直到我上床睡觉。我买了一套床垫,床垫简直糟透了。床垫右侧有一个人形大小的洞。床垫完全被毁了。我整个晚上都滚到洞里。床垫需要更换。酒店工作人员告诉我们,他们已经订满了,所以没有更衣室。如果你在这里预订了205房间,请要求换一个房间。

我住过这家酒店很多次,每次都很满意,但这次的体验却令人失望。入住时发现房间里有除湿机(明显是空调漏电),抽屉里有脏内衣,冰箱关机了(食物变质),窗帘不见了——而且尽管他们承诺过会更换,却没有更换。
我喜欢房间很干净。我不喜欢的是,我们被拒绝为折叠式沙发提供额外的枕头,并说房间里有枕头。我不喜欢我们被拒绝剃须刀,因为那个人说他今晚不想离开办公桌。我不喜欢一个胯部外露的流浪汉(实际上是***只是摆动)坐在门边的前排长凳上,当你抱怨时,夜班人员会说“别出去”,不是那么简单,绝对不值得近300美元
