we had room 222 which is awful the window looks out at the back of the Hampton inn sign ( about 3’ from the window) so basically we were in a room with no window. Hotel was full they wouldn’t move us.

We had a very relaxing stay. The room was very clean and having breakfast and coffee was also very nice. Good bacon. Friendly staff.

Weekend Getaway
We had a glicth at check in time and was unable to reach ********* either by phone or e-mail.
We were give a handicap room, which we did not need.
Howerver front deck Clerk Nate did an awsome job by contacting his off site Manager and accomidated us into a rugular room at not extra charge.
We are thankfull for Nate & and the Manager.

Pet fee bait and switch
It was a bit of a bait and switch. I chose this hotel because they advertised as pet friendly. There is no pet fee advertised. It ended up being $75! That is ridiculous 1/3 the cost of the room. Total cost over $300 for a generic hotel in a sketchy area with lots of homeless. The room was fine and bed was comfortable.

All is well so far. We needed to find a new hotel after another fell apart for tonight. This was a great alternative.

浴室风扇坏了。窗帘坏了，而且怎么用无线网络也让人摸不着头脑！电视也没有清晰的说明书。我们的床很舒服，早餐也很棒。
非常干净舒适。提供早餐，前台工作人员给我留下了深刻印象。非常专业、礼貌、友好且勤奋。我一定会在附近看望我儿子时再次入住。
