由于特殊时期,第一次入住这家酒店,总体尚好,酒店卫生不错,但房间内有一股“宠物”的味道,遗憾的是房间内的洗发水和沐浴液均已到瓶子的底部,护发素只有一个空瓶子摆设,无法满足我们二位的正常洗澡使用这些。酒店位置不错,酒店大堂,房间布局都到位,整体看上去有些陈旧的感觉,酒店早餐尚可,欧陆式早餐,酒店网页上注明了是每天下午3:00可以办理入住,但我们三点半到达该酒店,前台告诉我们电脑慢,要求我们再等一下,此时我看到了从酒店外进来的多位顾客走到前台,客服很快就办理了入住手续,我们等到下午的四点多钟了,有些着急了,再次询问前台客服,客服说再等一会,已经反应给经理了,大概是4:15分左右,前台客服给我们办理了入住手续,由于我们特殊情况咨前台询客服今天入住客房较晚是否可以给我们延误到1:00钟退房,前台客服答复我们不可以必须12:00办理退房,很无奈啊,不尽人意的酒店条款专门约束入住的客人,没有约束提高酒店的管理水平,宾至如归是酒店的服务宗旨!希望该酒店提高为入住的顾客服务意识!

这是我们住过的最差的酒店。一切都很旧,包括家具和电器。洗碗机漏水,微波炉也转不了盘子。他们不是每天都打扫房间。我们房间三天都没打扫。淋浴只有热水;我们抱怨过,但他们一直没修。沙发床很旧,根本坐不住。
