The hotel is perfectly adequate for a short weekend break but I would be disappointed if I chose it for my main holiday. The location is excellent, there is ample parking and the reception staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel its self is rather tired. The photos on the website make it look some what more impressive than it is. The reality is holes in hallway carpets, dirty walls and 1980´s beige. The room was spacious with a kettle and a fridge and the bed was ok. The rooms are not very soundproof and we were woken by other guests in the corridor both nights. I am glad we did not book half board as the breakfast was disappointing. The hot food was all cold and the restaurant area was more canteen than restaurant. You have to collect your own cutlery whilst collecting your food. No cloths on the tables just cheapened the experience. On a positive note, the coffee from the machines was really tasty.

Beautiful hotel with a great beach and easy access to all areas of southern Spain and almost in the center of the south
Access to Marbella. It’s a beautiful city and all kinds of brands to shop
If you rent a car, you won't lose, but arrange and reserve parking in advance at this hotel.

工作人员非常可爱，服务周到。食物不错，但自助餐总是冷的。房间每天都有充足的新毛巾。地理位置优越，方便游览该区域。泳池区每天都打扫得很干净。
员工非常棒，早餐选择很多，性价比超高。
酒店需要翻新，但考虑到价格，性价比很高，地理位置绝佳。
接待人员非常愉快，酒店位于海边，这对于在海滩上度过一周的人来说非常棒，我强烈推荐它......

酒店位置很棒，会员也很棒，但是，我们的第一个晚上简直是一场噩梦，非常吵闹，而且早上我们没法待在游泳池，因为一群醉汉在吵闹，那不是放松的时间。
还行，但离四星还差得远。

优点：
价格便宜。
员工很棒。
位置绝佳，位于海滩边，景色优美。
房间简陋但干净。
浴室提供免费香皂。
食物还行，但不算太好。
泳池还不错。
部分时段的饮料价格便宜。
缺点：
离四星还差得远，更像一家二星级酒店。
房间很冷，隔热效果差，空调/暖气几乎不工作。
免费的香皂难闻又黏，而且没有洗发水之类的。
有些房间是吸烟房，由于隔热效果很差，导致无烟房也散发着臭味。
非常冷漠过时，感觉就像睡在体育中心里一样。
我11月住在格兰酒店，爱尔兰电视台都收不到，英语频道断断续续。电视也一样没用。我们被要求每天支付10欧元停车费，而且车里几乎空无一人。保险箱钥匙每天2欧元。任何酒店的保险箱都是免费的。浴巾和手巾简直糟透了。毛巾上有破洞，边缘磨损严重，上面挂着绳子。我投诉后，他们道了歉，第二天的毛巾也和之前一模一样。我告诉他们，我们以后再也不住这家酒店了。
