酒店位置不错，房间大小合适，只是入住checkin时，前台说房间需要个担保，给现今不可以，信用卡只能用预定人的信用卡，问这是啥时的规定，是best western 所有酒店还是就这酒店的规定，前台说他自从来这工作就是这样的规定，简直是无语，不理喻，难道别人代订的就住不了？希望不是针对人群做的规定！
第二天我们去了另一个提前预定的best western，给现金做担保没有任何问题，据前台，他没听说过这规定，直接打脸贝克街这个店！
工作人员非常乐于助人。街对面就有免费停车位。他们满足了我的要求，给我安排了一间远离电梯、面向庭院的安静角落房间。我们在酒店附属餐厅吃了团体晚餐，食物和饮品都很棒！如果我再来纳尔逊，我一定会再次选择这家酒店。
整体来讲还不错，环境很好，附近餐厅多，只是健身房设备有点少，房间有些年头
餐厅早餐不错
房间很温馨舒适，不过健身房和热水浴缸就不值一提了。房间超级干净，但我不建议从“humes”点外卖，因为价格过高，而且味道也不好。

火警警报响了半夜一个半小时。很不愉快。还有一群年轻女孩整晚在走廊里跑来跑去。不过早上我们吃了免费早餐。
