很遗憾，我们的入住体验并不好。因为床单上有污渍，我们不得不请客房服务人员来更换。🙄 我自己习惯对所有物品进行消毒，所以就继续住在那个房间里。第二天我们大部分时间都在外面，回来后发现房间还没打扫干净。我们再次致电前台，得到的答复是客房服务员太忙，没时间打扫。最后，我丈夫只好自己铺床。第二天退房时，酒店道歉并提出给我一些代金券。但我不需要代金券，我需要的是一个舒适干净的房间。

Room was clean, hallways stairways were clean. Pool area was very clean and public washrooms. Breakfast was great and area clean. All staff were very friendly and accommodating!!

Room was exceptionally dirty, it was very late when we arrived and there was no time. Woke up in light of day to see every corner of a large room to be filthy. Flooring was disgusting, in corners clear dirt and dust. The carpet was dusty, with clear dirt marks and layer of dust and hair. Not enough chairs, just literally one, my partner had to sit on corner of bed. Kitchenette had paper towel, which had a sauce smear on the very front one. Iron was very old, and spray absolutely did not work. Rendered it useless as it couldn’t iron wrinkles. Bathroom had several marks of damage, toilet was clean. Lady at desk was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, the rest was upsetting. The layout is horrible with limited ventilation.
