不幸的是，房间维护得很差：浴室里的加热毛巾架漏水，房间里的空调很吵，而且秤的电池没电了（而且下面不是很干净）。尽管有这些不便，我仍然对服务非常满意，无论是员工的礼貌还是他们解决问题的速度。早餐也很棒，种类丰富而且质量上乘。酒店位置也很方便，距离马焦雷广场只有一分钟路程。
酒店很新，非常干净。提供洗发水、护发素和吹风机。前台和早餐的工作人员都非常友善，体验很好。地理位置方面，从车站几乎是直走就能到，交通便利，但酒店入口可能有点不显眼。我有点尴尬地走到了对面名为“Hotel Roma”的酒店。虽然Google地图上显示的是不同的名字，但酒店入口处写着“φ PHI”。

工作人员热情周到，服务周到。早餐种类丰富，味道鲜美。
唯一的缺点是客房服务人员一大早就很吵……
除此之外，我推荐您来博洛尼亚旅游时选择这家酒店。酒店周围有一些很棒的餐厅。
物超所值
四星好评，可惜火警警报响了一整夜，让我和孩子无法出门。不过经理非常专业，一天晚上还为我们准备了晚餐，菜品美味可口，烹饪得当。
早餐很棒，酒店位置也很好。
