喜欢安静的可以预定这家酒店，人特别少，值得推荐的酒店，性价比特别高，下次来还会继续入住这家酒店。
酒店硬件设施非常棒 环境也很好 但是酒店的服务人员态度不好 没有笑脸 回复也不及时；第一天下午让他们送牙刷 答应说会送到我们房间 但当我们晚上10点多回到房间 却没有送到 ；第二天上午又去要了一次 结果还是没有送；直到第三次要求才送过来
我喜欢这里，但还没有喜欢到想再来的程度。
这些年来，我多次入住这家酒店。显而易见，这里的服务越来越差，维护也越来越被动，而不是主动。
曾经美丽的绿地上，现在却铺上了大片人造草坪，降低了酒店的档次。
这里的服务几乎不存在，而且与以前相比，现在如果需要帮助，你得主动找人。
这很令人难过，但显然，它需要投入比人们愿意投入的更多的资金，才能恢复昔日的辉煌。
这里还不错，只是没什么特别之处。
而且，他们现在对自助停车收费，考虑到几乎所有客人都是自驾来的，这总是让我感到惊讶。为什么这样做呢？这会降低酒店的价格——但我想，这就是品牌被贬低后会发生的事情。
洗手池柜下面的门掉下来砸到我的右脚第二根脚趾。保安来了，但急救措施却很简陋。保安拍了掉下来的柜门的照片，但没有拍到我的伤势。我们的夜晚就因为这件事毁了。我们买了演唱会的VIP票，却只看了最后30分钟。没有热水，马桶冲水也不正常。我们和经理沟通时，她的回答是：“我们到底想干什么？”这应该是一家五星级度假村，感觉不像。
家庭周末度假
我们住在泳池旁的特大号水疗别墅房。这间房非常适合我们的周末度假。我们要求为6岁的孩子提供一张可拉出的沙发床，他们毫不犹豫地答应了。服务周到，房间舒适。虽然房间有些陈旧，但我们并不介意——浴室很大，环绕式露台也很棒。泳池水量充足，但由于经常使用/防晒霜流失，可能有点脏。不过没什么可抱怨的！冰凉的池水充足，工作人员也很友好。下次家庭度假一定会再来。
如果您想享受片刻宁静，这里就是您的理想之选。工作人员非常出色，乐于助人。热情友好。如果您想找个地方放松身心，不想外出冒险，这里绝对是理想之选。但如果您想在夜间四处走走，从这里开车到 Plam Springs 市中心大约需要 20 分钟。请注意这一点。这里有很多很棒的餐厅，而且靠近高尔夫球场，如果您要住上一两天，这里绝对能满足您的“度假”需求。
这家酒店的员工服务周到。行李员维克多非常棒。酒店的编号方式让人很困惑。维克多非常乐于助人，在发现我行动不便时帮我拿了行李。正是像他一样的鲍威尔的热情和善意，让这里如此特别。
多么美的度假村！！！感觉就像在自己的公寓里一样，可以尽情享受各种泳池。场地干净整洁，工作人员也非常友好。我强烈推荐这个地方！10/10！迫不及待想再来。
家庭度假。
我和家人在拉昆塔度假村度过了一个愉快的周末，我们订的是池畔小屋，太棒了！离泳池只有几步之遥，我的女儿们很喜欢，以后我一定会再住这里。
不得不换房间，因为院子修剪得很乱，很脏，私人按摩浴缸里堆满了落叶，空调也坏了。我的房间区域还有一股淡淡的污水味。
