酒店不错,服务也好,位置超级方便,我和娃们住的很开心。
房间好一般价格与配套设施不匹配,行里架都没有,在房间点了一个套餐早餐没有安排齐全例如(香蕉松饼,水果)床上的用品差评特别枕头
优点:房间升级到了premium,酒店和房间都很香,minibar和冰箱里的都是免费的,一个pad可以控制整个房间,早饭内容丰富有冷的也有热的,服务很热情还会记得客人名字来打招呼,最喜欢的是room service的club sandwich超乎预期的好吃!
缺点:没有HBO,房间墙上的开关太亮了晚上非常影响睡觉,淋浴房门口没有钩子不方便放毛巾。

阿玛尼酒店 非常差劲的体验 酒店前台服务人员服务态度极差,且有欺骗性,我们预定的的是68平米的房间,7月27日凌晨值班的服务人员说酒店最大的房间就是50平米,并没有68平米的房间,欺骗我们说,给我们安排的就是和携程上定的是一致的,次日我们和酒店确认,服务员说我们住的是52-54平米,实际上有68平米的,但没有房间了。

地理位置好,酒店奢华有内涵
酒店的服务态度简直让人无法接受。我们向客房服务要毛巾,等了足足八小时才再次催促,他们才送过来,竟然等了八个小时!
另外,我们提前一天预订了水疗,水疗中心和前台都确认了,甚至还问了我们想选哪位按摩师,我们也做了选择。结果第二天我们打电话给前台再次确认按摩时间时,他们在内部沟通了20分钟后,竟然告诉我们根本没有预订!
还有,我预订房间的时候特意打电话告诉酒店,我入住那天是我的生日,请他们准备一个蛋糕,他们都答应了,还让我告知抵达时间,我也说了。结果呢?没有蛋糕,连一句生日快乐的问候都没有。当我男朋友再次提醒他们我的生日时,他们竟然说他们忘了!更糟糕的是,我男朋友之前已经提醒过他们了……
这绝对是我最糟糕的一次住宿和生日体验!谢谢阿玛尼,你们只保留了品牌名气,却丢掉了应有的水准。我们花钱买的仅仅是品牌而已……我对任何设计师都充满敬意,但他们现在只是在利用品牌影响力赚钱……就凭这样的服务态度,根本不配被称为奢华酒店!
