房间干净且舒适,在阳台处可以欣赏佛罗伦萨的美景,唯一不足的就是卫生间里的暖气片无法使用,形同虚设,地处位置不错,出行方便,总的来说这家酒店还是很不错的!
春节前住了2晚,很不错,分配了532房间,很安静,还带个小阳台,如果晴天一定很惬意。因为是会员,minibar免费。
火车站出来的右边,没有电梯,只能手搬行李下台阶!!!火车站走路距离到酒店至少要5分钟,而且马路不好走磕磕碰碰的(欧洲的马路!),拿着行李走路比较困难,如果比较轻的行李还好一点。分配了一间临街的房间,街边噪音有点明显,不过酒店服务很好,入住过程非常友好顺利,干净卫生,房间格局不大。
房间虽然小 但很新,地理位置非常近火车站。 浴室也很干净。窗外景色很漂亮。缺点是晚上会听到火车的声音。电梯小。
服务:差评主要给到服务,服务很差。办理入住没见过一个笑脸,退房的时候甚至没得到一个正眼。跟前台工作人员说check out,直接把房卡收了一句话不说,也没抬眼看我们一眼,继续对着电脑不知道在干什么,我们还傻站了一会,以为她在操作系统。
环境:设施有点老旧,有地毯的酒店总是显得脏脏的。最主要的是窗外就是火车道,很吵的,带耳塞才睡得着。
卫生:还可以吧,一般般。每天有打扫,但是很随意住了三晚,有的时候会给拖鞋,有的时候收走了又不给,浴巾也是,收走了但没添置新的。不过能给一次性拖鞋也不错了,毕竟好多欧洲的酒店都不提供。而且我发现拖鞋是国内的桔子酒店的,一秒回国的感觉~

2. 【不隔音】和隔壁有一扇封死的门,凌晨一点多我和女朋友在收拾行李,有一个工作人员过来哐哐哐敲门,第一次敲了五下第二次敲了三下,我开门他很大声音说隔壁投诉我说把他吵醒了,让我们安静一点。但其实我们只是正常的在收拾行李
①请问我入住还要半夜切换到 mute 模式啥也不能干?
②员工完全没培训,过来敲门和通知是一点不客气
体验超级差,完全不配不上这个价格
酒店位置很便利,离火车站步行5分钟,但又不会很吵,这点很好。我的房间有个小阳台。但说实话,作为一家新开业的洲际酒店集团旗下的酒店,我非常失望。首先,我在我的“干净”毛巾上发现了一个用过的创可贴,而且浴室设计得很糟糕,浴缸上只有半截隔板,我保证你洗澡的时候无论多小心,水都会溅得到处都是。酒店和房间的设计很有格调,但作为一家开业两年的酒店(网上查到是2023年开业),浴室维护得非常差,水龙头是坏的,只是临时修了一下,到处都是铁锈和污渍,我猜也可能是当初选材不好,这让酒店看起来像有20年历史了。第一天早上我吃早餐去得特别早,很安静,我觉得种类挺多,口味和品质也还不错。但第二天早上我9点左右去的时候,桌子都没清理,土豆饼硬得像石头一样。我们还看到其他客人吃的早餐菜品不是自助餐台上的,所以我问工作人员是不是有其他选择,直到那时我们才被告知每位客人都可以免费点一份单点菜单上的餐品,我们之前根本没有被告知这一点,我觉得客人有权知道他们有其他选择……我猜他们就是这样对待游客的……或者说就是这样对待亚洲人的……所以如果你住这里,一定要记得问服务员要早餐菜单,看看有没有其他选择。
这是我在佛罗伦萨住过最好的酒店了,位置非常好,离火车站只有5分钟步行路程。泳池虽然有点小,但在市中心能有这样的泳池已经很宝贵了,所以即使九月中旬天气很冷,我还是去游了。前台那位帅气的小哥非常耐心,帮我预订了餐厅。早餐室的服务员阿姨也对我超级好!在意大利能吃到这么棒的亚洲融合菜午餐,真是出乎意料的好!
房间不大但是非常美,大堂也非常具有设计感。具有文艺复兴的美感和复古风格,送的水是盒装的,上面有弗洛伦萨的图案,遗憾是没送我们早餐,预订的这个价格住酒店并不便宜,居然不含早餐,也没有其他服务。
很新的酒店,房间相对也比较大,带阳台,看景观、抽烟都方便。服务很好,预定的时候忘记说了2人入住要双床房,通过携程平台发邮件给酒店,酒店方面反馈及时,并且在入住的时候给安排好了双床房。早餐种类中规中矩,也是够吃的,果汁都是鲜榨的。地理位置离火车站走路5分钟,都是平坦路面,拖着行李箱走也没问题。缺点是楼下有一条轻轨,晚上运营到很晚,早上又很早就开始运营,临街的一面会有点吵。
