At first, we were given a room on the 7th floor, which was directly under the bar on the 8th floor. It was quite noisy with furniture and chairs constantly being moved around overhead. We complained, and to their credit, the staff moved us to another room on the 6th floor right away. However, the soundproofing still didn’t seem great—we could still hear noise from outside. Food was excellent with lots of choices, but very expensive. Customer service lacks personal touch.

Grand Hyatt Bolgatty is undoubtedly best pictresque hotel in Kochi.
Grand Terrace suite is corner suite with terrace with a view of Backwater on one side and view of Vembanad lake on other side with ships, boats, Water Metro cruising all the time.
Very modern suite room and amenities. Bathroom is big size with round Bath tub. Walk in wardrobe and half bathroom is addtional.
Between hotel and lake has long strips of green lawn for walks n Kid's play area.
We thorougly enjoyed Club Lounge access with snacks and cocktails and varieties in food and very helping staffs and always on toes to serve guests.
Breakfast has wide varieties both continental and local. It is sumptous.
For me Grand Hyatt Bolgatty is the place to go in Kochi and also well located.
Kudos to the staff n keep it up.

The service is exceptional. Every member of staff made me feel so welcomed looking after me at every turn. The facilities are superb. The view from the room is incredible. Will have to return.
从入住到离店的3天，每个时刻都像回到家一般，被‘’亲友‘’团队关照呵护着。前台每个人都很热情，即使入住当晚有婚礼也不会敷衍了事。早餐丰盛不说，服务的小伙和女孩们各个都英俊美丽，心地善良。自助晚餐也很好吃。泰餐厅（最后几张照片）的设计实在令我惊艳。然而最惊喜的是保洁团队！不但精心做到应该做的，更是用心为我准备花和花瓶，还留下温暖的文字。有几次还听到他们在工作间的欢笑声。客服经理，一位美丽的女士也与我一见如故，知道要赶早上的飞机，还在我出发前准备了免费的茶送来。这么多年的旅行，这次要数极致！高度赞赏管理层的领导力，下次如果再去克钦Kochin一定会再住

按照欧洲标准的五星级豪华酒店。前台接待非常好，乐于助人，延迟2点退房也没有问题。我预订了七楼的俱乐部酒廊房/套房，风景优美，酒廊里有美味的小吃。
