Staff was great as always. But we did have a little issue with the room that I had booked. They did not have it reserved for us and put us in a smaller room. They did give us a refund, but we really preferred the deluxe room

Shower didn’t drain well. Toilet had troubles. The
Shuttle service was worthless. The first night, we got to our reservation on time. But, we waited 50 minutes after calling for pick up from restaurant.
The following night, after checking with the front desk and the driver in advance, we had to take an Uber back to hotel.

I needed to refrigerate something and had to request a key for the minibar in our room. Fridge was broken, not cooling and dirty. I reported it, was told it would be fixed while we were at dinner. It wasn’t and no one checked back with us on it. Service level of staff was inconsistent between team members.

This hotel is unbelievable! We stayed for our anniversary and my stomach ended up not feeling too great. The kitchen staff made me a custom meal and delivered it to our room! Top notch service.
