酒店回复: Thanks for your feedback Betty. We will address the music volume with the bar staff so they can adjust in the future, sorry about that. Our valet parking price is comparable in the market but we always have self parking available which is more economical. Hope you can return again soon!

酒店很干净整洁。
房间很棒，早班前台工作人员Dante和Jasmyn的服务既亲切又专业。2025年7月9日，The Tributary酒店的早班服务员也非常周到热情。
然而，我给出三星评价，因为有几个问题：没有免费停车，每晚要支付50美元；没有免费早餐——这两项服务在同类酒店中很常见，房间里甚至连瓶装水都没有。此外，我与晚班前台工作人员就一件丢失物品的事宜进行了一次不愉快的沟通。我把太阳镜放在了大堂，与工作人员的互动似乎前后矛盾，而且没有提供任何帮助，这让我对失物招领的处理方式感到担忧。我知道我弄丢了东西是我的错，但他们确实非常粗心。
设施齐全，地理位置优越，步行即可到达重要景点，除了每日停车费已经很高之外，唯一的问题是，我理解，因为是城市，您还需要向城市额外缴纳一些税款，我住了两晚，一共支付了 260 美元，包括每晚 47 美元的停车费和城市税

入住时，接待员没有向我解释任何关于支付一大笔钱作为占位费的事情。我住的是连通房，但门锁不太可靠，而且我能听到隔壁房间打电话的人的声音。枕头全是羽绒的，而且音量很小，如果我不把两三个枕头叠在一起，我的脖子会疼。电梯很棒，小餐馆/咖啡店也不错。不过外面的桌子没人清理。尽管如此，我还是住得很愉快。
尽管我们在抵达前几天多次联系酒店，但酒店并未安排我们入住我们要求的楼层，而是安排在了27楼，与26楼的休息室截然相反。我们尝试通过在线聊天系统寻求帮助，但酒店并未提供任何重新安置或赔偿。我们一行人中，一人脚部骨折，另一人是一位有特殊需要的成年人。由于我们住在不同的楼层，而且距离礼宾休息室所在的楼层较远，这让我们的入住体验比预期的要难得多。我们以后不打算再入住万豪河畔中心酒店了。
位置很棒。唯一的抱怨是好几层楼的制冰机都坏了；超级碗比赛对所有客人来说都是个挑战，因为大堂的音乐太吵，根本听不到比赛（酒店表示不知道怎么修，甚至都没试过）；而且每晚60美元的代客停车费有点高。
很棒的酒店，配备了四星级酒店应有的一切设施。工作人员非常友好热情。购物、餐饮和探险场所仅几分钟车程。强烈推荐！
