Booked this hotel for my husband’s solo trip and he was greeted with a warm reception from two lovely young ladies. When he dined at the hotel restaurant, service was excellent — Chef Harshit specially came out to engage my husband, understand his food allergy and made him a tailored dish. Truly appreciative of the hotel’s attention to detail and service, for taking care of my husband :)

Beautiful hotel! It’s a well maintained property with a beautiful swimming pool area. Food options are great as well. Room size is small but very tastefully decorated and clean. Staff is also very professional and polite. Had a great stay!
很棒的酒店，房间大小合适。除了每天早上都要打电话叫工程部来处理断电问题，其他都很好。最烦人的是，我们的房卡每天都有问题，我们每天都得去换卡……不知道是为什么。想想看，走到房间门口却进不去，每天都得折返回前台，真是太不方便了！其他方面都很好，早餐也不错。
我为姐姐和姐夫预订了蜜月套房，并要求酒店工作人员在他们抵达时布置套房，给他们一个特别的惊喜。工作人员把几个气球扔到他们的床上，这可不是蜜月的标准做法，因为所有酒店都会送上鲜花、玫瑰花瓣或其他特别的东西。工作人员也不知道蜜月是在婚礼之后，而是写信给我说“你们即将举行的婚礼庆典”。我们为这对夫妇准备的惊喜泡汤了，我们很失望。当我要求他们提供一些赠品时，工作人员和经理拒绝了。我预订这家酒店是因为它是一家著名的ITC酒店，但结果并不值得。酒店标准不达标，服务也与价格不符。真希望我预订的是其他地方。太令人失望了。
我们不喜欢他们把房间标榜为“历史遗迹”，但实际上这些房间根本没有翻新，而且味道很臭。我不应该为这么老旧、有味道的房间多付钱。早餐很普通，配不上五星级酒店的水平。我们退房时要求酒店有行李员，结果他们派了客房服务来查看迷你吧，而我们当时还在等行李员，但行李员却迟迟没有出现，最后我们不得不自己在客房服务的帮助下把行李搬到前台。服务很差，食物也很普通。根本不值这个价钱。

很好的关注，总体来说服务很好，工作人员非常友好，早餐很完美。
位置有点失败。
不推荐——员工不足且没有经过培训
服务的每个方面都很差劲。从办理入住手续时的行李到最糟糕的餐饮部分。工作人员对他们自己的订购流程一无所知。我们吃早餐的 T JAL Mahal。一半的设施都关闭了（这是旺季）。我再也不会回来了！！

4. 最糟糕的是，他们扔了我的物品，一点也不配合。我多次打电话给他们，去接待处了解发生了什么，但没有人承担责任。
5. 管理游泳池区域的人也很粗鲁。
6. 房间非常小。
有史以来最糟糕的体验。非常令人失望。不尊重客人。没有设施。只有清洁人员很谦虚。
