房间很干净，空间够大，酒店位置也很好，打车也方便，出行去景点都是半个钟以内，十几块钱的打车费，不错。前台帮忙叫车也很负责。
VIP酒店简直是性价比之王，800元的房间可以住四位，房间够大，还有厨房，冰箱微波炉咖啡机碗筷刀叉一应俱全，我们在这里吃上了香喷喷的饺子，如果再有热水壶就更完美了。我们连住了三晚，前台还同意了延迟退房1.5小时，很好沟通，不像马德里的酒店就要多收费。附近步行2分钟就有两家日本拉面馆和两家小超市，距离自由大道步行10分钟左右。里斯本打车相对便宜，距离罗卡角打车30欧（强烈推荐这个景点，欧洲大陆最西侧，路止于此，海始于斯）。距离机场T1打车10-15欧，Bolt或Uber都很好用（尽量不用出租车，乱收费，不打表，我就在机场到酒店这一程被多收取15欧，后来细想才发现里斯本机场Uber接驳点比出租车更近更靠前，这么设计是有道理的，减少外国游客被出租车欺骗的几率）。总之对这家酒店非常满意，以后有机会还会入住。
位置：附近区域安静安全，步行到自由大道10分钟。酒店门口就有公交车站。酒店正对面有日式拉面店。出门左转100米也有一家日式拉面店，菜式更丰富。
停车：酒店自由停车场，但是限高2米，我们组的7人座车停不下。幸好路边有露天停车位，酒店工作人员说不收费，就这么停着。
早餐：7:00开始，品种丰富，热食多。
房型：一室一厅的套房。
设施：电视有cctv-4中文频道。房内带有可自己调节的美的中央空调。房间和客厅都有窗，可以打开，而且无惧风雨，雨水进不来。
酒店位置很棒，离自由大道很近，酒店周围有好多超市，吃的东西也很多，家庭出行会很方便，离地铁站很近，酒店房间很大且安排合理，卫生打扫超（每天都打扫得超好）干净，是这次西葡萄旅行最好的酒店。由于7日早上下雨，计划变更，出门晚一些，给门口清洁人员说一小时后可以打扫，出门时发现，清洁人员一直等在门口，让我深感内疚，也从心里认可他们对待工作的态度，对酒店的服务给予高度评价，谢谢你们！
这次带爸妈三人出行，需要定同一间房间，选择比较有限，但还是挑到了这家新开的，当地连锁品牌的四星级酒店。
设施：房间特别大，有厨房客厅，2个电视，微波炉冰箱等，可以自己做饭，有锅碗瓢盆还给了清洁用品。不过电视无法投屏，入住期间还遇到了电视迟迟加载不出来的问题。
服务：一般，有些服务人员比较热情，有些就对你爱搭不理很冷淡。刚入住的时候发现卫生间有碎玻璃，马上就叫了前台，并给我们换了一间房。
位置：很不错，楼下就是公交车站，附近就有拉面店烤肉店等，还有一家欧尚超市，离自由大道比较近，走5分钟就有地铁站
总的来说，性价比不错，值得推荐
酒店挺新，卫生也干净，离自由大道很近，走走就能到，周边超市地铁站也都挺近，就是厨房只有微波炉，没有电磁炉，只能简单加热下餐食。
房间挺大，住着舒服，走路不用十分钟就能到自由大道，离各主要景点都不远 性价比不错，推荐推荐

我在这个酒店8月5日凌晨12:50左右，办理入住时前台服务员给我的房卡有问题，我上楼到房间门口打不开房间门。然后我老公第一次下楼去找前台，服务员没有找自己的工作问题也没有看房卡是否有问题，而是强调开门时拿房卡的姿势和手法，随后我们回到楼上还是打不开。后来我第二次下去找他们处理，我说:门打不开。他们听懂了就给我房卡处理了一下，等我回到房间门一下就打开了。从整个事情经过和两个前台男服务员的态度，我认为前台这两个服务人员是故意这么做的，服务态度很差！还有就是房间隔音问题，因为房间里是木地板（整个房间3/4的面积是地板）只要楼上房间醒了那就别想睡觉了，都不知道哪个房间整个墙体都是噪音叮咣响，拖椅子🪑的声音，还有哐哐撞击的声音。再就是酒店临近街道晚间有赛车引擎的声音很大，在这个酒店住了3天，非常不满意！如果同等价位建议别定这家，避坑！
