这家酒店地理位置绝佳，设计简约大方，服务周到。从酒店步行即可到达维也纳的众多旅游景点。如果要去更远的地方，门口就有出租车，附近也有地铁和电车站。酒店的景观非常令人满意，尤其是在屋顶餐厅一边欣赏美景一边享用早餐，更是让人难以忘怀。下次来维也纳，我一定会再次选择这家酒店。

目前欧洲行住到的房间设计我最喜欢的一个酒店，空间布局太妙了，镜子的布局还有隔断门的设计都别出心裁。洗护用品一般，个人不是很喜欢，但有牙刷拖鞋的酒店很难得。温馨房这一侧看不到斯蒂芬教堂，但上18楼吃早餐就可以看到啦！早餐还算丰盛，可以单点菜单里的食物，我觉得他们家红茶还真不错。总而言之，非常满意的一次入住经历，前台都特别好，有求必应，下次还会再来。

先说优点：房间景色无敌，服务好，地理位置也不错，就在旧城边，很方便。 餐厅美。
缺点： 晚上从体感零下十度的室外走回来想洗澡，只有一点点温度的温水，没有热水！！！不是偶尔一个晚上，是五个晚上！！早上热水恢复正常。空调也不大行。
整体感觉，好美，好冷。可能夏天来还不错。
位置很好很方便 景观也不错
工作人员特别友好
小缺点是浴室的水很容易漏到外面地上以及空调经常坏 虽然联系了前台说找人来维修 等了一个小时都没人来 有些热 好在最后解决了。
顶楼早餐完美，可以点单例如华夫饼、煎蛋，这些是现做的，还有自助拿。房间很干净，出行便利，酒店对面就是u1和u4线，还有电车，饮水点。
太贵了，但并没有留下深刻印象。酒店的设计风格不太合我心意。
