The last free shuttle bus departs the airport at 23:10, from the Hotel Shuttle area outside Arrival 1. Just follow the signs and you will get there. Talk to the driver on the minibus with the hotel logo, and he will open the door for you. Though the airport notice board stops updating after 23:00, there is still one last shuttle bus to the hotel at around 23:10.
The hotel service itself is pretty decent. Staff were waiting at the front desk to help me check in, even late at 11:00 p.m., with great English communication delivered nicely and clearly. Though the hotel requires a 100 CHF deposit to be paid (by chip card or cash) during check-in, which will be refunded upon check-out. I wish it could have been clearly stated somewhere on Trip.com before I booked my room, just like the 3.5 CHF additional city tax.
The room was much more spacious than what I expected, with spacing similar to a standard twin room, although it did feel a bit empty with only one single bed. The "single bed" was more like a King-Size to me, enough for two children. The two pillows are extremely soft, which feels a bit too soft for me to sleep. I had to stack them together to reduce my head sinking too deep into them. The room was only lit up by a floor lamp in the corner, with no overhead lighting, which feels gloomy at night.
The facilities were well-maintained, but clearly with some ages. Table, cups, kettle, slippers, wardrobe, clothes hangers, tea bags, and soap were all provided, even a bathtub. However, there was no dedicate showers. You had to stand in the tub with the hard partition closed for a shower.
Although the room was on the ground floor, the parking lot outside was quiet at night, and privacy was okay with an extra curtain drawn. Though the wide-body airliners taking off from RW16 roar over your windows in the morning will remind you: you've slept too late.
There's a restaurant and sofa area next to the lobby where you can sit and wait for the shuttle. However, besides the parking lot and tram stop, there wasn't anything around the hotel, not even a place for a sandwich. The front desk suggested me to buy other stuff at the airport in advance — or after.
Overall, the room was very comfortable for a short overnight transfer stay. Compared to the airport capsules that were similar in price, sleeping comfortably on a large bed in a spacious room definitely feels worth the value.

酒店虽然不是很新,但还是干净整洁,有机场班车很方便,窗外时常有飞机飞过,但房间隔音很好,一点也听不到飞机声,

机场出发最后一班免费接驳车是23:10出发,在Arrival 1外面的Hotel Shuttle区域,跟着指示牌走就会到。和带着酒店Logo的轻客的司机说一声,司机会开门放你上车。不过机场的公告板在23点后就不会更新了,但其实还有最后一班车。
酒店本身服务很不错,晚上11点依然有工作人员守在前台帮我办理入住,全程英文流利沟通毫无障碍。不过酒店需要在现场插卡/现金预付100瑞士法郎的押金,退房时会退还,希望酒店可以像3.5CHF的税一样,提前在网站上标注清楚。
房间比想象中宽敞不少,更接近一个标准双床房的大小,只不过少了一个床后房间有点空荡荡的。“单人床”更像偏窄的双人床,感觉两个小孩子可以睡的下。两个枕头非非非常软,甚至有点太软了,我得把两个枕头叠起来才不会陷太深。整个房间的照明只有一个角落里的立灯,没找到头顶灯,晚上房间里挺暗的。
设施维护都很不错,但看得出有些年头了。桌子、杯子、烧水壶、拖鞋、衣柜、衣架、茶包、肥皂一应俱全,甚至还配了浴缸,不过没有独立的淋浴间,冲澡需要关上硬隔板后站在浴缸里。
虽然房间在一楼,但晚上外面的停车场还是很安静的,拉上额外一层窗帘后隐私还不错。只有上午RW16起飞的宽体飞机会用从轰鸣声从窗外经过时提醒你:你睡过头了。
大堂旁有餐厅和沙发区,可以坐在外边等车,不过酒店附近除了停车场和Tram车站外没什么东西了,连个三明治都没得买。前台建议我去机场再买其他用品。

第二天早上10点50的飞机,为了早起不折腾,看中了酒店的免费送机,所以定了这家酒店
但到酒店后被告知免费送机不可预约,需现场排队,20分钟一班车,一辆车15人,坐满即走,所以要多提早一点去排队才行
位置还是很方便的,我们从采尔马特回苏黎世,直接火车坐到机场,机场坐10路电车一站就到,下车走路七八分钟到酒店,酒店往返市区坐10路电车或者S7火车都可以
房间挺大的,卫生也没问题,也挺安静的,整体都不错,一间房不到1000的话是很划算的
十一期间酒店周围的树的颜色都变红变黄了,很好看!
只住了一晚,为了赶第二天一早的飞机。房间很棒,离机场非常近。床很舒服,房间也很干净。酒店虽然不是新的,但保养得很好。
超级奇葩的一次入住体验,晚上 9 点登记的时候说系统出现问题,登记排队用了20 多分钟。
排队的时候已经一直有租客投诉客房卫生有问题,墙上有不明来历的昆虫,要求换房间。可是前台的服务人员一直强调没有空余房间,唯一能做的是找人清理掉。另外也不停有人说他们的房卡有问题,开不了门,服务员依然要这些顾客排在登记入住的客人后面,很多租客都生气离开。
当我排队的时候,我也想着会遇到什么奇葩问题呢。果然奇葩问题出现了,首先酒店没有房间给我,工作人员写了几家可能平常不用的房间,然后请示上级给我哪一间。给我分配房间后,我一推开门就感觉到房间没有被很好整理,枕头和杯子都没有铺好。最最最离谱的是浴室门背后有一件不知道谁的裙子,跟前台工作人员投诉,他们还是坚持没有空余房间,╮(╯_╰)╭只能拿走裙子解决问题。
另外,我朋友选择在其他平台预定这酒店,在他们退房的时候居然不是收他们预定的价格,这样他们租房的费用是预定时候 2 倍,所以真的需要在预定前看清楚条款。
再简单一点,可以避雷不住这里也没有什么损失的!
因为到达时候比较晚,本来想选做过度酒店随便住住,第二天进城区,结果超出预期。
班车非常方便,根据机场指示牌可以一路找到所有酒店班车的停靠点,并看到临近出发的时间。班车大概拨时间提前5分钟到,之后准点出发。没赶上也不要紧,每20分钟就有一班。
酒店大堂非常大气干净,服务也很好。看到很多机组人员,应该是航空公司合作酒店。
房间不大不小,设施一应俱全。免费的一次性洗漱用品和拖鞋需要可以向前台索要。
苏黎世天黑很晚,晚上9点还有客人在户外桌椅处喝咖啡聊天,非常惬意。

看评论有点担忧,入住后各方面都不错哦!有班车接送,房间挺大,也很干净,该有的都有。肥皂,沐浴露,水壶都有的。早饭也不错,有热牛奶和煎蛋,是我喜欢的。自带的餐厅,味道超级好,可以尝试,入住客人挺多的
服务还行,但酒店一点都不干净。因为洗手池堵塞,我们不得不换房间。这绝对不是一家四星级酒店,更像是两星级。房间没有打理好,让我睡得很不舒服。浴室到处都是棕色斑点,淋浴区都发霉了。房间的味道也很糟糕。我只住了一晚,不推荐入住。
太糟糕了!需要一位客房经理来检查房间!!!!特别是浴室需要好好打理一下。而且客房服务员早上9点就敲门,趁我还在睡觉的时候直接闯了进来!还没关门!!
另外,停车费每晚30瑞士法郎,网站上宣传的是过夜停车可以享受10瑞士法郎的折扣,即20瑞士法郎!如果你是餐厅顾客,还能获得价值10瑞士法郎的免费停车,但前提是不能直接预订!而且就算你通过代理预订,晚上也在餐厅消费了,却什么优惠也享受不到,退房时询问还会被辱骂。
我肯定不会再去了,就他们这收费,外面多的是更好的选择好吗?
