设施：比较新，但是洗澡水用自带的过滤嘴发现很黄，可能是沙滩里的沙子？
卫生：还不错，没发现问题
环境：确实离海边挺近，不用坐车，这个很方便
服务：当天2点还没有入住，一直催才给房卡

服务人员都很热情，入住体验挺好的，没有不开心的地方，房间也挺大的(^_^)v

在沙姆住了好几家，这家综合体验最好，大人能玩浮潜，小孩也有玩的。而且风景绝佳。

酒店房间还不错，整体环境也还可以，不过整个园区太大了，出行很不方便，每次打车叫的车都进不来，只能在大门，摆渡车大部分时候都需要等很久，还有就是餐厅真的很难吃，差点儿吃yue了

我很喜欢这家酒店。感觉有点老旧（特别是房间），但总体来说还不错。珊瑚礁很美，鱼也很多。餐饮方面没有问题，种类非常丰富，每天都有肉、鱼，满足各种口味。有时候餐厅会排队，但通常不会超过10分钟。工作人员很有礼貌，没有打扰，总体上都很乐于助人。所以我推荐这家酒店，环境优美，沙滩我也非常喜欢。有几个不同的栈桥，也可以从沙滩直接下水（但水很浅）。
非常棒的体验，理解了为什么说“埃及的精华在红海”。
房间不错，就是插头有点少，酒店设施很完美，网球场，乒乓球，桌球，水吧到落日前都免费畅饮，还有沙滩排球，工作人员会一直主动邀请你参加各种活动。
