酒店干净整洁。工作人员热情周到。十分靠近火车站和其他景点。推荐推荐。
酒店位置不好,附近有装修工地,不好找;火车站一带比较乱。附近餐饮服务也没什么像样的餐厅。前台服务人员态度挺热情,但是业务很不熟练,入住退房都很慢。押金没有很快退回,要打电话发邮件提醒和确认。
我和我的伴侣入住了法兰克福艾美酒店,它就在火车站附近。
酒店位置绝佳,离火车总站仅几步之遥,这让抵达和在城里出行都超级方便。
我们很喜欢沿着河边散步,然后步行探索老城区。
悄悄说一句:请注意,在我写这篇点评的时候(2025年5月底),酒店正在进行大规模翻修,这确实对整体氛围造成了一点影响。
遗憾的是,这次我们没有被升级到更好的房间,这有点令人失望。尽管如此,出色的服务和便利的地理位置还是让我们的整体住宿体验保持愉快和便捷。
设施:很好,就是房间比较小
卫生:很好,干净的
环境:挺好的,几机场不算远,有很多中国人入住,早餐好吃
服务:工作人员服务态度很好,前台小哥都很帅气
前台大厅在装修,大厅和电梯附近装修味道大。
设备设施还行,床很软。
不知道附近是有KTV还是夜场,晚上12点左右音乐声音很大,关上船也有明显声音,但是不影响睡眠。
早餐丰富,品类多,景观位就餐很棒。
入住收了押金,离店当时就退了,还行。
办理入住时,前台工作人员态度平和,流程常规,未出现明显等待或遗漏,但也无额外贴心提示(如周边游玩建议、设施使用说明等)。
6/19日入住交了100欧元押金 到7/5日还没退回来,这是怎么回事啊?有人知道吗?这种情况让人感觉很不好。
酒店位置便利,离火车站很近。房间非常小,设施也很基本,没有茶包/咖啡机和迷你吧。最多也就三星级的标准,不应该评为四星。
房间很干净整洁卫生,除了没有热水壶,茶叶包以外,其他都百分百,特别赞的是自助早餐,三文鱼,德式沙拉米和各种水果,酒店自营品牌茶包超级好喝
酒店离法兰克福中央车站很近,去德国其他城市也很方便。
