房间不大，胜在地理位置优越，距离Serrano名品街步行即可到达，到机场和伯纳乌球场也很近。
订这个房间的时候还可以享受俱乐部会员的待遇，小吃、夜宵都很丰盛，早餐也是单独在俱乐部里享用的。
老牌酒店，服务肯定没的说。

房间非常不错，有下午茶，早餐也可以，服务人员非常礼貌，对华人也非常友好，离马德里皇宫很近，周边餐馆也很多
酒店整体虽老式却干净整洁充满温馨和圣诞节气氛，前台、大堂的工作人员接待热情友好，房间带露台早上晚上都能可观马德里市区在日出日落下的美丽景色，楼层服务员态度极好，有时错过打扫时间，她把小车放在房间门旁可自取水和用品，想得周到服务到位。在酒店附近逛商贸区大型超市也很方便。下次光临再住此酒店！

地理位置不错，周围环境清静漂亮，离太阳门广场等主要景点步行30分钟，英格列斯10分钟，球场20分钟。如果不看球来旅行的话其实可以住更靠近太阳门或者大王宫的，会更方便。酒店很大，但是门头比较小，大堂也不算大，装修比较质朴古典。房间大小适中，不过给我的房间没有景观，窗子是对着墙的。早餐就比较一般了中规中矩没什么吃的，水果种类也比较一般。不过这个价位可能不算马德里特别豪华的酒店，下次准备尝试别家了。
此行主要去伯纳乌球场参观以及看球赛，这里离球场只需要两个地铁站非常方便。酒店虽然看起来有一定年份，但胜在整洁安静，服务人员都非常友善亲切，在洲际的这几晚是整个西班牙行程中睡得最好的几晚
酒店位置非常好，各个岗位的服务人员都很nice
设施：由于酒店历史很长，有些设施稍微有点旧，但是使用还是很方便的。欧洲的酒店和国内的酒店的房间大小，智能化方面没法比，但是文化底蕴氛围更胜一筹。
服务：服务特别棒，因为是中国新年，赠送了香槟🍾
马德里洲际和里斯本洲际真是难兄难弟，像一对破落户。房间又老，又破，又旧，又小又逼仄。订的套房靠着马路，各种车呼啸而过，吵的不行，空调估计还是几百年前的，哒哒哒哒响一夜，后来干脆关了，所幸马德里半夜也不热。
这鬼地方酒店的车库，停车居然是收费的。
早餐将将就就。
有一说一服务是真心不错。就是早餐的老阿姨英语太差。
提前一个月订的酒店，临近经常给发确认邮件，有问饮食需求等，服务很好，一般都是中英文发两遍。帮老板订的酒店，他反馈不错！
房间不大，但是在欧洲来说已经算很大了。卫生条件不错，没有发现卫生死角。酒店门童态度一般，帮拿行李后给了小费，马上态度大转变，再次出门的时候，马上给我们开门，还询问我们去哪里，需要不需要帮助。
晚上回酒店，给开了夜床，赠送了小点心和一罐蜂蜜。
