The only decent part of this hotel was the bar. The front desk lacked a true Marriott feel. The rooms were not clean. The shower has mold in the grout. The boxspring was not covered and exposed on mattress. I just thought it was not true Marriott experience. Location was great. Just “ok”.

The staff were excellent. The property is conveniently located near the French Quarter and within walking distance of great restaurants, historical sites, and museums, and shopping. The hotel itself is a decent, quiet, and safe property, but it is a bit worn out and “tired.”

For the majority of our stay, everything was great. However, we only had about half a roll of toilet paper in our room and no extra rolls available in our room so we had to ask for that. The water in the hotel was shut off - due to city maintenance and there was no guarantee on when it would come back on. The only thing the hotel would do is let us cancel our reservation and we would have to rebook ourselves somewhere else. While the water being shut off isn’t their fault, it seems that we could have come up with a better solution than just this.

The staff were friendly and just amazing! Ernest provided great restaurant and site seeing suggestions. We had such a great experience.

今天早上,我们上了酒店代客泊车员的车,把车停到前台,发现油箱是满的(我们没有加满),而且杯架里放着一张活动门票,是9月6日晚上8点的活动门票。我们昨天下午2点左右把车钥匙放在酒店前台,之后就没再用了。我们把车留在酒店的时候,油箱里还有大约四分之三的油。
我们感觉好像昨天下午/晚上有人用过我们的车。
油箱加满了,而且活动门票还在杯架里,这非常可疑。
当你把车停在外面,并期望它安全且得到妥善保养时,这种感觉非常令人担忧。这就是为什么我选择了代客泊车服务,而没有尝试自己寻找公共停车位。
