It was clean and staff friendly. I requested a handicap room temperature roll in wheelchair. I ended it up in a rum with a tub. Not a practical room for a paralyzed guess. Nit very qccomodating.

Downtown Tampa hotel close to restaurants and International Mall. Great time! We always enjoy The Westshore Grand!

Not as good as I remember.
Having a free parking garage was great! The hallways had a wonderful clean smell. But there were several issues worth mentioning. The room was very dark. Poor lighting. The shower didn’t drain well so you were essentially taking a bath by the end of the shower. The toilet also didn’t flush well. The TV only got 1 local
Channel. When I mentioned it to the front desk staff he seemed bothered by me & offered to send someone up the next day if I insisted. Lastly, the fitness center didn’t have a water fountain and it was rather warm inside there. I stayed at this hotel one year ago & it is starting to show its age.

我的住宿体验糟透了。我到机场时被告知会有接驳车来接我，结果一个半小时后接驳车都没来，我和其他客人在外面等了很久，非常生气。房间也不怎么样，沐浴露和其他用品都没有补充。我打电话给前台要求叫醒服务，但一直没接到电话。凌晨12点左右，我需要帮助，于是去了前台，结果前台接待员竟然还在睡觉，甚至打鼾，根本没听到我的求助。我有照片为证，情况非常糟糕。我以后可能再也不会去坦帕了。这是我第一次去坦帕，也是最糟糕的一次旅行。我真希望能够退款，因为这次经历实在太糟糕了。我明天就会把照片和评论上传到网上。
