The remote control needed batteries. The Spectrum cable is terrible. The phone in the room does not work unless you use the speaker option. No pool.

Staff friendly, check in easy. Property is dated, needs proper refresh - stains on carpet, broken caulking in bathrooms, chipped paint, etc. Housekeeping very efficient, friendly. Quiet room in good location. Fix it & more will stay longer

Everything was AWESOME!!!! Only issue was the water wouldn't stay hot.They I'mmediately sent someone to see about it and were instantly offered another room.... EXCELLENT SERVICE
非常满意。住宿环境超级干净高效，周边设施也很齐全。
天花板上留有漏水痕迹，还有明显的滴水痕迹，浴室里有几处明显发霉。淋浴很难打开，维修人员说需要更换。最后他们提出换一间房，但房间有霉味。他们给了我们第三间，还可以接受。前台的女士态度很差，也不太乐于助人。总的来说，体验很差。
总体来说，房子还不错，只是我工作期间隔壁住着吵闹烦人的人，这让我很不满意。我们要求换房，或者让他们搬走，但他们什么也没做。事后我打电话询问他们是否能采取一些补救措施，他们只是说经理会回电，结果却杳无音信。
隔壁房间的客人半夜后大声喧哗，吵醒了我，影响了我的心跳和耳膜，我对此非常不满。昨晚我查看车辆时，在停车场看到一个可疑男子，吓了一跳。房间里有苍蝇，感觉很不舒服，昨晚的晚餐让我很不舒服，酒店的早餐三明治和咖啡也让我感到不适。今天早上我去退房，酒店前台只顾着看电脑，根本没理我。我告诉她厕所冲不下去，走廊的地毯也湿了。我很抱歉走廊里有粪便，但我昨天也遇到了厕所问题——没有马桶搋子。这些问题不是我造成的。她竟然不收我的房卡，这让我很生气。
浴室浴缸水槽里有锈迹，而且没有彻底清洁干净。
