酒店位置优越，交通便利。机场大巴直达，地铁公交仅几步之遥。北边步行至巴特罗之家、米拉之家，南边是加泰罗尼亚广场，步行可前往哥特区大教堂、亲吻墙、毕加索博物馆、波盖利亚市场、哥伦布纪念碑等景点。门口餐厅多，就餐方便。房间不大，但干净整洁舒适。有小冰箱。第一天送了巧克力和soda水。每天有免费的瓶装水。卫生间大。有浴袍、拖鞋。房间暖气温度合适。房间内有一种淡淡的香味，很喜欢。房间和卫生间内照明充足。虽然临街，但隔音效果较好。每天清晨推开阳台门，站在小阳台上看日出，开启美好的一天。早餐不错。前台和餐厅工作人员热情礼貌。大厅和餐厅装修风格时尚别致。

这家酒店地理位置绝佳，位于市中心，附近有很多商店和餐馆。前台服务也很好，工作人员非常友好和乐于助人。房间对我们来说有点小，但还算可以接受。我们最大的不满是糟糕的客房服务。他们总是把用过一半的卫生纸卷换给我们（如果这是从其他客房拿来的，那真的太不卫生了）？！在我们入住的最后一天，一个咖啡杯不见了，而且他们只给我们留了一瓶水。最糟糕的是，当我们展开浴巾时，里面竟然有一团头发（见图）。最后，在我们等电梯的时候，我们看到客房服务员打开了另一个房间的门，尽管门上挂着“请勿打扰”的牌子。我们甚至看到一位没穿上衣的客人被吓了一跳。H10真的应该好好改进一下他们的客房服务了。
