The water is crystal clear and beautiful. I found out by going down to the beach, because my very EXPENSIVE "ocean view" room had a gigantic tree blocking the ocean. Don't stay in room 342,343,341, maybe others but I can't speak for those.
Customer service department was off or on break for the weekend because there wasn't any. If you call front desk no one answers, customer service, concierge? You have to physically go down to speak with someone that will not resolve your concern anyway so don't bother.
Food was ok, not tasty enough for the price tag. Also they didn't have anything on their menu. The daily advertised menu apparently was given to the wedding on the third floor because they "had none left", after looking forward to it all day. Apparently whenever there is a wedding or party the food goes to the party and not the guest who are not there for the event. the employees themselves say it happens all the time.
In lieu of the prime rib dinner we had to force the server to give us another meat option. Ok great! Beef tender lion mashed potatoes and rice and beans. AWESOME!
I got a not medium beef tenderloin with I think some french fries, rice that had a large piece of plastic not sure what it was, and also string beans. If your going too bring out whatever leftovers you have don't offer options. Also, if your hungry bring a snack with you because you will wait a good 40 minutes to an hour to be served subpar food you didn't order. ASK FOR A BILL AND TRIPLE CHECK IT!!

这家酒店和网上的照片完全不一样,我们经过漫长的飞行和车程,深夜才抵达!工作人员的服务态度非常糟糕,一点也不乐于助人。虽然前台那两位女士还不错,但酒店前台经理珍妮尔(Janelle)的态度简直是恶劣透顶,从一开始就对我们说话很不客气!而且我们的房间里有血迹等等,结果那天晚上我们花了700美元才换了酒店!我们根本不敢把行李什么的留在那里,感觉不安全。我们是来这里和朋友一起开始蜜月庆祝的,结果搞得我们所有人都非常沮丧!从来没有遇到过这样的事情,也从没见过有人用那种态度跟我们说话!
一切都很完美,服务态度也非常好。
