It's clear that the management of Esplanade stays accountable in any turn of events, gives strong emphasis on guest experience, brand reputation and has the will for continuous improvement. With the such attention to hospitality, we believe that the hotel will live up to the expectation as a century icon of Zegrab.

抵达时,我误入了酒店停车场,因为停车场的门开了。意识到错误后,我去了大堂,办理了入住手续,然后把车开到了指定下客区等代客泊车服务。这时,一名停车服务员气势汹汹地质问我——双手叉腰,语气傲慢,质问我是怎么进入那个区域的。他的举止更像是在训斥一名闯入者,而不是对待一位付费的客人。
公平地说,前台和礼宾部的员工都非常礼貌高效。如果我没有遇到这位特定的员工,我的整体印象会是积极的。但对于一家自诩为豪华酒店的机构来说,即使是一次不友好的互动也是不可接受的。一次糟糕的服务体验就能完全毁掉客人对酒店的整体印象。

整体不错,百年老店!
这是一家很美的酒店,房间也很干净。
在准备萨格勒布之行时,我听从朋友的强烈推荐预订了这家酒店。朋友极力称赞,说一定要住一次,所以我抱有很大的期待。恰逢有折扣,我以相对合理的价格预订了,但毕竟是五星级酒店,基础价格还是相当高的。
首先,酒店地理位置非常完美。位于市中心,步行即可轻松抵达主要景点,非常方便,尤其是在晚上散步时,可以欣赏到周围美丽的夜景,感觉很棒。
酒店员工的友善和周到的服务态度给我留下了深刻的印象。从入住到退房,前台员工的细致关怀和热情回应让我度过了愉快的时光。
然而,我最期待的早餐坦率地说有些令人失望。朋友说早餐很特别,所以我们额外支付了10万韩元(每人5万韩元)享用,虽然菜单种类多样,食材也很新鲜,但与额外支付的费用相比,是否具有特别的价值,我感到有些疑问。
酒店内部优雅古朴,但对我个人而言,与其说是奢华,不如说更多的是一种老旧的感觉。客房的开窗方式经典而独特,但老旧的窗框等设施老化的地方随处可见。浴室也并非现代设施,而是老式风格,虽然这可能对某些人来说很有魅力,但对我而言留下了一些遗憾。
这家酒店最大的优点无疑是其地理位置,对游客来说是最佳选择。但如果价格相同,我可能会选择附近四星级酒店的套房,或许能获得更舒适的体验。如果旅行者重视传统氛围,那它值得一试,但如果我下次再来萨格勒布,我会考虑其他选择。

酒店历史厚重,原以为他非常棒,实际很一般,如果定基础房型,房间非常小,有期卫生间,淋浴间几乎转不开身。房间居然热水壶 茶包 咖啡都没有,哪像贵族的酒店。早餐也很一般。房间里被子厚重,不适应很难睡着
