位置:距离机场15分钟车程。酒店提供免费班车服务,每1.5小时一班。酒店周边没有其他商店或餐馆。
设施:提供基本洗漱用品。只有多功能皂,可作洗发水、护发素和沐浴露使用。
- 不提供一次性拖鞋。
- 不提供瓶装饮用水,但可以在走廊的饮水机处补充。
- 房间内没有面巾纸。
房间:大小对单人或两人旅行来说足够了。
我不走运,住到了正对着员工休息室的角落房间。员工整晚进进出出,吵得我睡不着觉。
房间亮度不够,不适合工作。
入住很快,房间大小合适。我住的房间视野很好,外面两分钟步行距离就有一个美食广场和便利店。
退房也很方便,早餐自助餐选择很丰富。酒店还提供免费的机场班车服务,而且很准时。
前几年住过,不过这次住明显和之前差了很多,不知道什么原因,以后不会住了。1. 晚上从凌晨1点到6点烟气报警一直在响,声音非常大,根本没法睡!!打电话呢,电话也不通!等了一天,找了他们好几次,可能还没弄好,让我换房吧,然后让我把钥匙再给还回去,这服务也真没谁了!!2.床单上发现长发!3.早餐数量和质量也不敢恭维!
服务很好,房间不错,很干净,服务人员也很友好。
酒店不错,物有所值。如果想更实惠,可以预订经济型客房。
我入住这家酒店,期望能有不错的3星级体验,尤其是考虑到每晚房价超过90万印尼盾。不幸的是,我得到的体验远不能令人接受。
我预订了两间房。第一间房我一进去就看到地板明显很脏——要么是没打扫干净,要么是污渍已经永久性地附着了。房间里的气味也很难闻,让人无法忽视。第二间房也好不到哪里去,床单上有一块奇怪的、结痂状的污渍,让我很不舒服。
至于设施,房间严重不足。一个供两人住的房间里只有一个牙具包,洗手池边没有洗手液,甚至连漱口杯都没有——这些我认为是任何酒店最基本的标配,更不用说这个价位的酒店了。空调制冷也不行。
我大约早上8点下楼吃早餐(离早餐结束还有两个小时),大部分食物已经没了。工作人员不见踪影,即使出现了也帮不上什么忙。一个实习生告诉我食物会重新补上,但我等了半天什么也没补。桌子还留有前一位客人的脏污,很难找到一个干净的地方坐。食物种类也令人失望——有“鸡肉粥”,但粥里却没有鸡肉?这简直说不通。
更糟糕的是,凌晨2点我被走廊里吸尘器的声音吵醒了。这么晚打扫卫生真是荒谬。
总的来说,我感到非常失望。这家酒店与其星级和价格完全不符。我住过机场附近其他价格相近的酒店,它们提供的服务和设施都好得多。
如上一条,房型较小;优点是接送机服务及早上三点提供早餐服务。
380的房间,不如国内80得旅馆,没有拖鞋,房间没没有款泉水,床单上的洞参考下图
离机场很近,也有免费大巴机场接送。早餐丰富,酒店设施齐全。
唯一槽点就是房间没有矿泉水,酒店内也没看到卖水的地方。要去附近的小超市购买。
