We stayed here for two nights in two rooms. It was an amazing stay. The room was cleaned, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff at the restaurant were helpful and friendly. During our stay, we always ate there, and the bar was amazing. The staff was really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was a buffer, but it didn't have many choices, as I expected for such a five-star hotel as I travel around the world and I have seen but the staff was helpful and polite. The view was terrific, the gym was clean, and the swimming pool looked out the lake. It was fantastic.

It was our 15th wedding anniversary, so we wanted to find a nice restaurant to celebrate. We chose the Panorama at the Europe Hotel. And it was a perfect choice. From the very first moment, we felt this place was special. We were given a table by the window with a beautiful view of the lake. The food was delicious, and the portions were just right. My wife ordered goat cheese salad and I had rabbit loin. For the main courses, we had monkfish and steak. Since we were already full, we only had one dessert to share. All the food was delicious. Our waiter and manager ( sorry can't remember your names) did everything they could to make our evening was special. I would recommend this place to everyone looking for nice food and great service. We will definitely be back.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this beautiful hotel — the grounds and facilities are lovely. The food in all three restaurants was excellent. It was a bit surprising, however, that you couldn’t book two of the restaurants in advance, which would have been helpful. The breakfast service was fantastic — very efficient and friendly. Our breakfast servers were Gemma and Saoirse. Emilis at Riva was also professional and welcoming. One thing that did surprise me was the lack of seating plans for food service, which I would normally expect from a 5-star hotel. Overall, a very pleasant experience and we would happily return.

周中抵达酒店，住了一晚。入住时前台告诉我们，清洁工还在房间里，所以我们趁机去喝了一杯。回来后，我们被告知房间还没准备好，所以我们在大厅等着。前台终于给了我们钥匙，我们到达房间时，地板开着，清洁工还在里面。酒店不应该在网站上说你可以在下午 3 点入住，然后在下午 4 点 10 分准备好房间。
我们去了水疗中心，做了深层肌肉按摩，我们都睡着了，所以按摩力度显然没那么大，但还是很享受。温泉套房也让人失望——无边泳池里的按摩浴缸不能用，桑拿房很热。
回到房间后，我们发现所有东西都被搬走了，窗帘也关上了。不知道 5* 酒店通常不会这样做，但我们觉得没必要。
然后我们去 Brasserie 吃晚餐，被告知要等 45 分钟才能吃上饭，但我们可以去 Riva，因为他们有座位。我几周前就打电话预订了 Brasserie 的餐桌，被告知先到先得。然后我们在出门时注意到一张为 8 人预订的桌子。
房间设施齐全，但床很硬，而且太热，导致晚上睡不好。
我们告诉接待员我们要办理入住手续，但她不以为然，毫无歉意地说酒店已经订满了，办理入住手续的时间通常是下午 3-4 点
