设施： 装修的还不错但是有点陈旧了，看得出来是20年以上的老酒店。
卫生：还不错，没有明显的缺点。
环境： 比较安静，缺乏烟火气，周围便利店、吃饭的地方很少，吃饭只能在酒店一楼的几家餐厅解决，选择不是很多。
服务： 还不错，入住很快很顺利，每天的客房服务很准时也很用心。
地理位置优越，离机场比较近，出发去商务地点交通比较方便，酒店设施老旧些，埃及的酒店不便宜，价格差距不太大时还是会选择国际5星，选了早餐没有去吃，根据小伙伴描述早餐选择不多
酒店非常干净，大厅环境也很好，很多椅子可以坐着休息。外面就是泳池，泳池周边有很多桌子凳子，可以坐着聊天喝东西。

酒店提供的洗发水、护发素、沐浴露、身体乳没有一个能用的。洗发水和护法素用完后头发巨柴巨干燥，身体乳用完后全身过敏发痒！给我这趟旅程提前准备的最后一颗氯雷他定也用掉了。。。要住这里的话所有的洗护用品都要自己带！一定避雷这家酒店的提供的洗护用品。
早餐非常烂，完全不是五星级酒店应有的水平。。。
隔音很差，路上车辆的声音都听得到。房间里的灯设计的很糟糕，设计的太矮了而且没有灯罩，不知道是要多矮的人才能用这个灯不被刺到眼睛。
最后服务也很一般，在酒店门口打uber去机场，被司机宰客（要求取消软件订单，付现金，并且付比软件上更高的价格）。语言不通，司机讲不了几句英文也要宰我。在开罗另一家五星级酒店遇到过酒店门口的安保会过来主动维护顾客的权益，帮忙翻译，也会赶走想宰客的司机。圣淘沙这家酒店的门卫就站在我旁边啥也不干，只帮忙转达了一次司机要求的金额就置身事外了。。。

缺点：房间设施有点旧，洗漱台盆松散晃动；被套、床单都起球了，要求换了两次才换到不起球的。周边没啥可逛的，离市区较远，可选的饭店几乎没有。早餐也比较单调。
优点：服务人员友善，乐于帮助。性价比较高。
总体来说，4分。
临时定的房，还不错。房间面积够大，酒店环境也可以。定的不含早房型，前台额外购买早餐。算下来比含餐价格便宜。
