城景房也可以看到部分海景，床很舒服，干净也安静。早餐厅很大，品种丰富，环境很好。海边俱乐部好像是公共的，有一些躺椅，需要走一段台阶才能到。室外泳池环境很好，也可以喝一杯。酒店不在城里，但提供免费穿梭巴士，很方便。打车大概6-7欧元。有免费桑拿等项目，未体验。可以寄存行李，退房后还可以使用各项设施。总体很满意。
看到有些客房提供咖啡机，于是跟携程小管家反馈，小管家立刻联系酒店给送到房间，还有配套的咖啡胶囊，非常贴心！晚上楼下酒吧有现场音乐，听着歌声观海赏月，很浪漫。
我们新年期间住在这家酒店，从2024年12月30日到2025年1月2日。可能因为是假期，房间打扫得真的很差，照片上能看到地板上的污渍、桌上的咖啡渍，还有抽屉里的垃圾。总的来说，这家酒店非常“疲惫”，明显有些东西是坏的，水龙头也摇摇欲坠。总之，完全不像是五星级酒店。但是！1月1日的早餐非常棒，甚至还有香槟。酒店的SPA也很好。员工态度很好，很有礼貌。
接待处服务态度较差，我们预订房间明确有小孩，但浴袍和浴巾只有2套，打电话要求送房间，到晚上才送来，并且因为浴袍和浴巾分两次送，最后服务员很不耐烦将浴巾摔给了我们。
我原本预订的是大使酒店，但在出行前夕收到了酒店不营业的通知。多亏了 Trip.com 工作人员的帮助，我才得以入住这家酒店。虽然产生了差价，但 Trip.com 承担了这部分费用。
当时正值淡季，酒店客人不多，我预订的是双人间，但酒店免费为我升级到了套房。房间是海景房，阳台外的景色非常棒。虽然酒店离市中心有点远（大约3公里），观光不太方便，但酒店本身很漂亮，工作人员也很好。早餐也很丰盛，我很满意。
对于一家五星级酒店来说，我觉得他们只能算还行。员工服务马马虎虎。我们住在酒店里，但却不被允许穿着泳衣在酒吧区活动，尽管室外泳池关闭了，海滩区也在维修中，而室内泳池又不允许带饮料进去。
