居然是土耳其人开在克罗地亚的一家酒店
酒店服务非常到位,会贴心的准备欢迎饮料
拥有几家高品质餐厅,可以在小程序上预约就餐时间,我们还使用了客餐服务,寿司的品质令人惊喜。完全没有想到在这里可以吃到比较正宗的寿司。步行到古城只需要20多分钟,一路景色也很不错。由于入住的时间正逢当地的夏日节日庆典,晚上在房间还看到了来自古城方向绽放的烟花,很美。退房后酒店还贴心发来邮件询问入住体验感。
第一天我稍微提前了一点来,在大堂等了两个小时,等到了3:00过,前台一个白人男性给了我一间副楼的尾号房,然后告诉我没有其他的房间了。3:00应该是房间最多的时候,他告诉我没有房了,不知道他是看我一个女生,还是看我是亚裔觉得我比较好欺负。
给我的房间应该是很久没有人住了,一打开是一种很重的霉味,开窗通风了很久都还是有味道,但是因为赶飞机太累了没有换房间。晚上房间天花板开始发出奇怪的噪音持续了两个小时,我让人来修了之后停止了,但是半夜12:00又开始了,整晚都没有睡好。而且隔音也奇差,对面房间的人在房间里说话我都可以听到。
第二天我要求了换房,换到的主楼房间整个阳台都是通的,而且房间的阳台门锁是坏的,任何人都可以通过这层楼其他的房间,甚至是清理间的阳台到我的房间,然后从外面打开阳台门进来。而且我在入住期间确实有人突然出现在我的阳台,不知道是员工还是其他客人。
不提他海边泳池奇怪的味道,以及泳池旁边还在装修的问题,将近2000块一晚的房间连最基本的安全都没有办法保证,我不知道该说什么了。而且这不是换房间能解决的了的问题,他整个酒店主楼阳台的设计都是这样,门锁也都破破烂烂的。
千万千万不要来住,同样的价格一定能住到至少安全有保证的房间。
总结就是虚有其表 服务和房间都不值得 体验极差
设施:房间很老 设施很旧!Wifi还用不了 下水道也是各种堵 很脏很恶心 淋浴很陈旧
卫生:晚上床单上还有头发!半夜喊人来换 房间淋浴不但没门也没遮挡 连全季都不如 灯光昏暗 第一天就发现桌子上黏糊糊的东西都没擦掉 沾了我一充电宝
环境:只有大厅环境和泳池是好的 房间走廊像洗衣房似的昏暗闷热
服务:最差的就是服务!前台态度简直了 没礼貌到极点 晚上wifi用不了打电话给前台 不但不给解决 只给我说了一句用不了wifi的话那也没有别的网络可以用了 直接挂了电话 连再见都不说 退房当天一大早就很粗鲁的打电话被催 并且同样态度很凶 没有结束语就挂 餐厅更甚 本地服务员每一个都凶巴巴的 还没吃完就要来收盘子 还给白眼
房间风景非常好,早餐种类丰富,因为是淡季出行,室外游泳池未开放使用,部分设施仍在装修中。距离古城步行即可,uber也相对方便,游客友好。当然住客相对较少,体验不错,但是房间内偶尔有虫子,介意的朋友要准备好防蚊虫的呦。
即使我们提出了紧急要求,酒店仍然提供了无可挑剔的服务。我们度过了一个完美的蜜月。真的非常感谢!!
酒店在海边,风景优美,距离杜布古城步行15分钟左右,早餐丰盛。周围环境漂亮,可步行到达市里,值得打卡!

这是我住过的风景最美的酒店之一。我们是两个朋友,预订了一间高级房。从阳台望去,亚得里亚海的美景尽收眼底。房间干净宽敞,浴缸也很完美,可以好好放松。酒店服务热情周到,所有要求都得到了及时满足。早餐自助餐种类丰富,美味可口。酒店距离老城步行约20分钟。我们非常喜欢这次住宿,会向计划去杜布罗夫尼克的朋友们推荐这里。
