酒店就在t5航站楼边上，有连廊直接进入。房间比较大，很整洁。五星酒店水平。早饭很好吃，欧姆蛋🫓很美味，还有各种cheese，冷盘肉等
位置超好，到T5航站楼不行5分钟。设施不错，隔音很棒，即使挨着机场，也几乎听不到飞机起降的声音。服务不错，早餐品种算多的，而且开始早餐时间比较早5:30，对出行换乘的人简直太友好了
永远是最好的希思罗机场选择！安静方便！完美啊！已经是第二次在希思罗机场转机入住这家酒店了…没有其他选择，就这家好！

这家也是极简的商务风格装修，有直通希斯罗机场5号航站楼的连廊，看起来是不少候机和转机住客的首选，估计就是因为不缺客人，所以工作态度上就马虎也无所谓了。这边除了早餐餐饮部食品丰富口味也算不错看似没有暴雷之外，其他都比较雷，首先靠近禅意花园的快餐厅的服务员晚餐时候一直注意力不集中，顾客说要点单，他也很不耐烦，推说叫顾客先找座位坐下再来，结果过了10多分钟都没人影，最后肚子很饿的顾客只能自行再找其他服务员交涉，才终于吃到晚餐，然后是客房部的清洁卫生问题，简直哕了，被单上竟然有之前房客留下的鼻屎干！！！别家酒店就算卫生不达标也不至于明面上这么雷，这家简直就是天雷滚滚。被单都不洗的吗？！总之建议为赶飞机只能住这里的旅客们都自行带好能隔脏被单的睡衣或布料为好。
在伦敦中转时住的酒店，落地T3，坐小火车到T5，第二天的早班机是在T5，所以选择这家入住。酒店房间卫生OK，家具有些老旧，床头没有手机充电插座，淋浴间很小，玻璃门无法关紧，密封条脱落。酒店提供拖鞋，但没有牙刷牙膏。作为中转酒店还是不错的，价格也不是很贵。
索菲特酒店就在希思罗T5航站楼旁边，前台服务热情周到，还给我们房间免费升级，房间里有免费矿泉水和曲奇饼干，还贴心配有拖鞋。我们当晚十点钟入住，第二天六点多就地转机。安心睡个觉酒店morning call叫醒服务。酒店出入十分方便，走五分钟就到了登机安检口。是个值得推荐的转机歇脚好酒店🏨
这家酒店太棒了，前台服务人员很贴心地给我免费升级了房间，能住到这么好的房间真是太开心了！
离航站楼很近，搭乘英航非常方便，环境不错，房间很安静，配备浴缸与淋浴，工作人员都很热情，推荐！
