房间宽敞舒适，明亮大气，有飘窗沙发
离霍尔斯坦门很近，在河边享用早餐，还能欣赏吕贝克的景色，真是太棒了。自助餐期间，散步穿过霍尔斯坦门回来，再喝杯咖啡，吃点甜点，距离正合适。太棒了。
服务一如既往地好。床非常舒服，酒店地下车库也很完美。
这个地方简直太棒了。停车很方便，早餐也很棒——非常完美。
尽管酒店位置很好，装修也很现代干净，但它那个浮夸的名字“参议员酒店”与服务完全不符。如果你有很多行李，没人会帮忙。而且虽然你可以叫客房服务点餐到很晚，但酒吧关了以后就没法送酒水了。他们用最少的人手在经营这家酒店。
酒店有点老旧了，但总体来说还是相当不错的。
整晚被噪音吵得没睡着，以至于第二天晕头转向，不得不吃止疼药。严重影响次日行程，非常失败的一次入住！
酒店的中央空调（或通风系统），有特别大的噪音，即使是关掉了房间内的AC，仍然整晚吵得好像在机舱里。尤其是正对长走廊的那几个房间。反而靠里面lobby方向的，还会安静一点，但又没有view可言。
作为一个五星酒店，提供一个舒适的睡眠怎么也是必须的吧！这方面真是太差了。吵到实在忍无可忍，半夜三点换房间。还好夜班服务员态度很好，开了另外几间，来挑。而且她也说知道有的房间就是这样的问题。看来这是多次被抱怨噪音。这就是我知道这一排房间都这样吵的原因。
所以更确认了这是楼里AC系统问题，如果不想整晚像在机舱里面一样白噪声和啸叫，一定要避坑。
而且酒店的床特别不舒服，是那种最窄的0.8米小床，还没加垫子，大床房就是把俩小床并一起。双床即使分开一条窄缝。虽然欧洲很多都这样，但就完全不能称5星的标准。前台的人，从头到尾态度都很傲慢，也没任何表示抱歉的意思。
这一点上，强推不来梅的万豪，床品舒适极了。
不过 有一说一，酒店的位置、景观和早餐确实都很棒。步行去城里一切景点。门口停车晚上（18:00-次日10:00）免费，白天全天6欧。
表演携程的工作人员：对客户很负责，跟酒店battle。服务态度很好。
各方面都很棒
位置绝佳的漂亮酒店
酒店很大，房间很多，公共区域也很漂亮。我们订的是二楼一间宽敞漂亮的房间，可以欣赏到河流和老城区的景色，还有专属的休息区。早餐很美味，应有尽有，而且可以坐在户外欣赏老城区的景色，真是太棒了。地下室停车很方便。下次我们还会住这里。
位于市中心的现代化酒店，拥有一流的餐厅
这家酒店品质高，位置优越，靠近市中心。酒店规模较小，略显冷清，但我们享用了美味的早餐和晚餐。酒店各处都非常干净整洁。
