The breakfast was amazing. The buffet ran out of potatoes, and when I asked, that was explaination was that another option had been put out so I was a little disappointed but the hotel was fully booked.

Renovations were being done at the time, so a little messy. Trash on the elevator floor was not cleaned. Same trash on it the 4 days i saw it (Thursday thru Sunday). In the afternoon, strong smell of paint, etc in the lobby. Limited breakfast. Blinds would not close all the way so lights from outside came through all night, i should have brought a safety pin to close it. When i checked in, clerk said help yourself to cookies they had for guests. There was only 1 cookie Thursday. Had more Friday but none Saturday. Bed was very comfortable.

Night front desk girl was very rude to all 11 of us! Everyone else were very polite & accomodating. We hayed that there was NO ACTUAL CLOSET in our rooms! And you should add a firmer pilllow to all those squishy pillows! We stayed there 2 years ago & had none of these issues!

大堂卫生间晚上关闭进行清洁，高速公路噪音很大，墙壁很薄，整晚都能听到电梯进出的声音，看到了六种不同的虫子，离开时在床垫保护套上发现了两块神秘的黄色污渍（捂脸），真应该入住时就检查一下。套房的卫生间在卧室里，所以睡在沙发床上的人必须到私人区域上厕所。电梯很不稳，运行很不顺畅。早餐的牛奶替代品选择很少，不过伊芙琳女士非常友善热情。遮光窗帘效果不佳，淋浴没有手持花洒，体验就像在汽车旅馆一样。尽管几个月前就有其他评论提到过同样的问题，但酒店仍在装修。总而言之，如果您睡眠很浅、乳糖不耐受、不喜欢房间里有虫子、床上有污渍或者害怕电梯，我个人建议您等酒店做出一些改进后再入住。
