Staff was super curious. I was disappointed in the gym and the pool. The gym has three machines (including a treadmill that is missing a safety key so it didn't work) and no free weights and the TVs weren't working. The pool was fine, but small except there were no clean towels on both days we went down to swim.

hotel is in a good safe location right off I95.
the personnel at the hotel were very friendly.
the bed was comfortable and the AC was working.
however, the room was not very clean. the refrigerator was very loud so i unplugged it, and it was filthy behind, which triggered me to be much more observant than usual, and many details in the room just were not up to par, however i did not complain.
morning breakfast was fine. i do not eat any cooked foods at hotels, so the bagel, juice, fresh fruit were fine. coffee was fresh blended and very good. i would stay again while traveling.

The front end clerk was very courteous and accommodating. She noticed my husband's cane and asked if we would prefer to have a room on the first floor which we did and she changed it seamlessly

The people checking in we were very nice women! Professional and funny they made me feel welcome. Price was very good. Room was good. A lot of options at breakfast. And the person taking care of that breakfast was very professional.

The breakfast was probably the best part of the stay. Good variety of food and staff attentiveness. When we first drove up to the hotel we were put off by the area it was in but other guests showed up and we decided to stay. Our room was okay but they need to do a better job cleaning the rooms. The elevator needs to be fixed as it lands hard with noise as it stops at ground floor. This was certainly not what we were expecting for a Holiday Inn.
