Quality Inn is a good value especially when you have a pet. Parking is in front of your room and had loads of hot water.

Mainly there were too many problems with the room(s). Even the replacement room was problematic--curtains wouldn't close, visible damage in bathroom and room. We had the distinct impression that since we had reserved the room through ******* that we were given second-class rooms.

Check-in was quick, easy and friendly. Room was very clean and comfortable. Closet door wouldn’t open but we didn’t have real need. I did report it to front desk next morning. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Not Customer Friendly
Met with several challenges at check-in that greatly impacted my stay. Upon arrival, I was not informed that the phones were not working, claimed from a prior storm, had problems with the TV, requiring multiple trips to the front desk since phones not working---and found staff to be aloof to fixing the TV and the inconvenience my being forced to make multiple trips from my room to gain their attention...instead of relaxing after a long drive, was pretty frustrated.

Pillows were terrible-overstuffed and too firm. The chair I thought would be good for relaxing after 6 hours of steady driving, was a hard brick.
