Last leg of our trip
The place was nice but a little dated and our room smelled musty but not overwhelming. The service was great and the breakfast was very good. Super nice view of the mountains and lake. We would maybe go again. Oh and the tub drain was really slow. Overall it was a decent place to stay.

We have been staying here for several years when we visit family in the area. It is definitely clean but it is getting run down in some areas. Carpeting is getting dirty looking and rooms could use an upgrade. It is a good option

Check in was great. It was late and we were tired but manager on duty Jordyn was so nice and helpful and provided us with great info about hotel, breakfast, beverages, parking - asked how our trip was so far. So very nice

The view of this place was pretty awesome but we we're looking to swim in the pool and the pool was closed. Such a bummer.

Nice place, but still dealing with the double billing despite getting full assurance it was addressed. Numerous transactions on my credit card, only to end up still being billed twice once it all cleared.

Staff is top notch, nicest people. Bed a little hard and that parking lot light, definitely need blackout curtains, definitely bright for safety

You can definitely tell they are under different owners, we have srayed here before, and the atmosphere is different. A little expensive for what you get. No coffee pot in room, you have to go downstairs for coffee. No conditioner in the bathroom and if your tall or older or have bad knees, the toilets are very small and hard to get up off of. I requested a first floor room because my 87 year old mom cannot walk so good and of corse we were on the 2nd floor where she had to walk down a ramp to the room and up the ramp to get to the elevator. It is long. This will be our last time staying here.
