Breakfast was good....a lot of construction was happening at the hotel. But staff was very pleasant and the room was clean and comfortable.

We left the charger for our computer there and they called us a few hours. Se were far away by then, so they are mailing it to our home. Was an excellent hotel!!

We have stayed there many times. The staff is great! They are renovating the property so rooms are limited right now. I went through my Hilton Honors to reserve a room. How did I end up going through Expedia?That has never happened before!

They even found my earbuds & saved them at the front desk for when I went back thru Crossville a couple weeks later. Thanks & keep up the great service!

Brand new room. Very clean & comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Highly recommended.

Very clean room. Nice breakfast. Bed was ok. Shower has lots of pressure. Free coffee was nice. StFf super friendly and helpful

Right next to the interstate , so it was noisy. After the third day I had to ask for someone to empty my garbage
