The property was very clean. Unfortunately there was a man who about every 15-20 minutes was out in the hall ranting and raving. This lasted until for 9:30 pm until about 1:30 or 2:00 am. When I asked the next day why the police weren't called they replied that the staff was unaware. Hmmmm... This was on the main floor and the VERY disruptive man was between our room and the front desk. We won't be staying there again.

Property has been renovated recently and our room was beautiful, very spacious, hardwood floors, clean, quiet and comfortable. There was a nice personalized welcome message in our room. Very special. Thank you

Great Stay in Lenoir City
This Hampton has been around for many years but is finishing up a refresh. My king room was very clean with new furnishings including the microwave and fridge. They have a self-serve laundry and a 24-hr gym that's a decent size; there is a pool but it's quite small. The staff is consistently courteous and helpful. I travel to the Knoxville every few months and this is my go-to stay.

Clean, modern property in a convenient location close to restaurants, stores, and highway access S’mores waffles were delicious in addition to variety of breakfast options. Friendly and helpful staff. 10/10

Hotels Renovations at FULL PRICE!
We showed up to the lobby. There was no lobby. No front desk. They are renovating. No warning when we booked weeks ago. I walked around for 5 min then I went outside and decided to call. It rang and rang. I went back inside, and there was the phone system, sitting on a chair where the front desk used to be, ringing away for 5 minutes.
Finally a worked found a hotel employee and they told us we couldn't check in until later. Asked us to do the digital checkin through the Hilton Honors app if we could. Of my 8 rooms, only one of us could. It didn't help because it didn't work.
When we went back in after they told us the rooms would be ready the staff is nowhere to be found. We call them from the laundry room. They say, "give us a call when you get here." We told them "walk outside the door, we're in YOUR laundry room."
They walked out got our names, came back with keys. My credit card got charged random amounts 5 charges for the 4 rooms checking in that day. That was weird. I asked them about it. They said, "Oh that says Hampton Inn Knoxville. That's not us." Ok, I ask, If I paid them and they charged us while you were checking us in, then why did you give us keys? Shouldn't the charge come from you? "You have to bring that up with them." Then she shut the door and we never saw an employee again.
Rooms were good. Showers leaked all over. Breakfast was non-existent - see pic. Parking was all taken up by the workers.
