Overall the stay was okay. The bathtub had yellow stains, and for the 3 nights we were there we did not get our room cleaned. Comfy

酒店回复: If at anytime you have concerns, please let the team know. They would have quickly addressed this for you. However, housekeeping services are every other day unless otherwise requested. Your room would not have received services until the next day. We, however, would have happily taken care of anything you needed had we known you wanted your room cleaned.

Front desk area was under renovation, even during breakfast. Early morning traffic on Illinois Street woke us up. Not relaxing and restful as I would have expected from Hampton Inn.

The ground floor area is our final portion of the project. We have to do work during business hours to allow quiet time at night for our guests. I am sorry to hear this impacted your stay so heavily. We do aim to provide the best stays possible, but are excited for the final stages to be done.

The hotel is very old and outdated and it shows in the rooms and the amenities. The laundry facilities are broken, the machines in the gym are broken, the elevators are slow, and the rooms are old and sad looking. Also don’t expect more than one towel per person. For the price I would expect a nicer stay and for things to work at the hotel. On the plus side the staff at the front desk were friendly.

The team here would happily take care of any needs that you might have including extra linens. We wish you well in your travels.

Very unpleasant stay in Oak Ridge.
Room was awful. Looked like a prison cell - nothing on the walls at all- only window looked out over an INDOOR pool. The smell of chlorine was stronger in the room than it was in the pool area! Checked in at 9pm after a long drive to find that the noise inside the room from the pool was extremely loud. Pool didn’t close until 10pm so noise continued at an astounding level u til exactly 10. I requested a different room and was told nothing was available.
Only thing louder than the pool noise was the sound of the AC. Sounded like engine turbine and industrial blower. You could t even listen to the TV when the AC was on.
Bed sheets were poor quality- very scratchy - and the mattress seemed to be just plain worn out. Super uncomfortable and the slightest movement from either of us shook the bed so badly there was no rest to be had.
I purposely selected a NON accessible room when I made the booking and yet accessible is what we got. Not sure why they offer an option if it is being ignored. Sink in bathroom had a drain issue and so the sink was half full of water the entire time. The shower had zero water pressure and when you tried to adjust the shower head the face of it came off in your hand.
I recognize that at the price point it’s not meant to be “high end” lodging, but standards were way low. I’ve never been so ready to leave a hotel room in my life.. This was my first ever stay in a Hampton InnI will likely not stay in one ever again.

Did not sleep for three nights
The floor was torn apart and smelled like chemicals out in the hallway. The bed was hands down one of the hardest least comfortable mattresses I’ve ever had at a hotel. There was a stain on the head board and the bathroom door is a sliding door that does not offer a lot of privacy.

酒店干净整洁。感觉酒店正在翻修。唯一不方便的是,我忘了带吹风机,而浴室里居然没有吹风机,我觉得这挺奇怪的,因为几乎所有汽车旅馆/酒店的浴室里都有吹风机。总的来说,住得还不错。如果需要的话,我还会再来住的。
太可怕了。我们入住的第二天晚上,大约晚上11:30就停电了。等了45分钟后,我们去前台查看情况,但没人能给我们答案。前台说:“我们也不知道发生了什么,可能30分钟或2小时后会来电……”我睡觉时身上带着需要通电的医疗设备,所以这对我来说是个大问题,我可不能冒险等下去。本来可能要等5个小时。又过了30分钟,还是没有人回复,我和妹妹决定收拾行李,去街上另一家有电的酒店。前台工作人员说,考虑到我们根本没在那里住,而且是半夜摸黑收拾行李搬走,所以今晚不用付房费。我申请了退款,考虑到当时的情况,我觉得这还算合理,但当我得知我的退款申请被拒绝,而我并没有入住当晚,这着实让我震惊。同样,是因为我身上有需要充电的医疗设备,而我没法充电。今天我给酒店打了电话,前台小姐说“她已经和酒店经理谈过了,决定不退款”。我问酒店经理能不能给我打个电话,她却说“她不接电话”(哈哈),然后还说,因为我没透露我身上是什么医疗设备,所以她无法证明这是否关乎生命安全……谁会为了医疗设备撒谎呢?这家肮脏的酒店简直就是个笑话。
