Will the housekeeping was A+ front desk staff was absent from desk, with 5 customers waiting to check in. While i have seen this at other hotels, it has never been more than a minute. Having worked in the hotel industry for many yrs in the past, this is upsetting to see this lack of service. This part4hotel was built SO close to highway, that we heard traffic ALL NIGHT long.

The desk attendant, Jessica was very nice, friendly and very help. One of the staff in house keeping offered her services without me having to prompt my request. The room was nice and clean. I had a great stay!

Our room was clean. The only problem i had was the clicking of the unit. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast menu was good. I just didnt care for the stuff mixed in with the potatoes.

Entering the facility from the very first moment until check-out was peace of mind. One less thing to worry about. Thanks to all the staff who made this an excellent stay for just a run of the mill business trip.

Overall Excellent place to stay! The staff were exceptional and helpful throughout the stay. They even checked in on us. My only complaint was the hot tub….. it worked but was low on water and hadn’t been cleaned. The hot tub is a personal favorite of mine when I travel so kinda disappointing but we loved everything else about this place. Food was great and they change it up daily! Highly recommend staying here. Also I never mentioned to the staff about the hot tub but I believe they would have gotten to it asap!

My son and I enjoyed everything Hampton Inn had to offer. While my son had work, I enjoyed the hotel amenities like the great pool and hot tub spa. I was so relaxed I slept like a baby. The beds were very comfy. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast awesome.
