The staff was lovely. Very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable but my room was right by the road so very loud. There was a full breakfast.

Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The outdoor pool was still open in mid September which was nice! Our room only had 2 towels and they weren’t replaced after the first night. But when I asked for more at front desk, she gladly supplied me with some. The breakfast both mornings was lacking. Not much to choose from, waited for hot food. No cups for juice, nothing in fridge such as yogurt on 2nd morning, and the milk for cereal was frozen. The rooms are spacious and nice, although dark. I wish the fan worked in the bathroom but they never have when I’ve stayed here (multiple times for sports). I would love the breakfast to get up to speed. Overall, very convenient location and friendly staff.

Everything was excellent except for the breakfast. Eggs and sausage was really back but the pancakes were alright!

Clean and accommodating
The staff is pleasant, room was clean. We were here for a family reunion and the only thing I regret is that we didn’t get a hotel closer to downtown Memphis/ Beale Street area.

如果这是我住过的第一家智选假日酒店，我肯定不会再预订第二次。我们房间的浴室不干净，房间里只准备了无咖啡因咖啡。当我打电话给前台时，他们说没有，我得等到客房服务员上班才行。我们去吃早餐时，大部分东西都空了。他们有华夫饼机，但没有华夫饼面糊；有燕麦片配料，但没有燕麦片；果汁机也坏了。当我问前台的女孩他们有没有这些东西时，她只是简单地回答道：“没有。”
