Room was clean and everything worked as it should. The breakfast was good but not as good as other Holiday Inn Express locations that I have eaten at in the past. The room has a chaise lounge in it that is uncomfortable and impractical. A regular chair would be a lot more comfortable. But overall a good hotel that is better than most.

Our vehicle was broken into and the Sheriff's Deputies said that's normal for hotels and apartments in Memphis.
The staff was very nice and the property was clean.

如果这是我住过的第一家智选假日酒店，我肯定不会再预订第二次。我们房间的浴室不干净，房间里只准备了无咖啡因咖啡。当我打电话给前台时，他们说没有，我得等到客房服务员上班才行。我们去吃早餐时，大部分东西都空了。他们有华夫饼机，但没有华夫饼面糊；有燕麦片配料，但没有燕麦片；果汁机也坏了。当我问前台的女孩他们有没有这些东西时，她只是简单地回答道：“没有。”
