We’ve inquired with booking dot com for a refund immediately upon checking in. You’ve been unhelpful. The hotel has inquired on our behalf. The room was disgusting and full of roaches. As it was in the middle of the building on the third floor we were not confident that any other room there wouldn’t also have them as well. Hotels dot com is the worst and I’m officially done with this app. At midnight July 4th our only option was to turn around and go home or sleep in the car.

Wonderful stay!!!
We had a GREAT stay! Manny at the front desk is just an exceptional human being all around full of kindness and so well spoken! The GM Thomas made sure we were taken care of by providing outstanding service. The hotel inside and out was very clean and we used ALL of the facilities! The breakfast was good with enough variety to accommodate our big family. The ladies in the breakfast area were also very nice. Housekeeping made sure we had fresh towels and checked on us daily. We will certainly stay here again!

My experience was not very pleasant, rooms lack cleanliness. Hallways have a bad odor. Restroom tub had cracks and look very old.
