It’s always about the little things. And the coffee was GOOD! Room was clean, bed was a little soft for my tastes, but ok. But, did I mention the coffee was Good?

On the night of aour arrival, the two people at the front desk, Elija and Leiana (?) were welcoming, helpful, and very easy to work with. They made us feel that they cared about us and our stay at Candlewood. Thanks to both of them!

The TV did not work at first. There was not a holder for the toilet paper. There was no telephone in the room. They hid a blow dryer in a drawer and the one in the wall did not work at all. The main response from the staff was “Oh, really?”

The relationship with *******. I booked queen beds, Candlewood only has doubles bed. The sleeping arrangement was inadequate for the # of sleeper identified at reservation. Unhappy with Candlewood response to my complaint and Expedia's incorrect advertisement of rooms

Floors were filthy. Appeared to be clean but had dirty black feet by the end of the evening. Chairs were filthy and broken. Bed were clean and comfortable. ADA shower worked well.

Great King bed, easy access, priced right. Management needs to QC room options more closely. Our full kitchen had no forks or coffee pot. Had coffee, 4 knives and one spoon. Management said items were stolen, and had not been replaced. No remedy offered.

No hair dryer in room, AC setup with a basic fan between the BR and the sitting area did not look professional, saw dead roaches in the hallway, carpet on stairs was filthy.

Reserved a specific room type in August. Arrive in Mid October... No room. Very very very bad.
