They worked to arrange our 2 rooms across from each other. So Appreciated!!

The hotel entry and check in area was extremely hot and the hallways were very hot also and had a bad oder. The room itself had small insects in the bathroom and parking was horrible. They need to redo the rooms and give entire hotel a good general cleaning. I was very disappointed in this stay at this facility.

Horrible run down place, many issues with t.v. rooms fridges. Elevator problems, messy Appearance terrible I don't think owners give a darn patch on elevator door frame with metal hanging out. Elevator would not work on third floor, smoke detector batteries removed in room, window opened up all the way in room on 3rd floor (safety issue for kids. Very disappointed and would never go back and would hope nobody will use this trashed out place .can not imagine anyone giving this a decent review, girl at front desk said they are selling it thank god

Weekend Visit with Family
It had been about a year since I chose to stay at Hampton Inn in Center Texas. I can tell the hotel has done some updates to window drapes (which really needed it from my last stay) as well as repainting that was poorly done as the paint is peeling in both the bathroom and bedroom. Not enough towels are available with the new updated towel shelf on the wall. Breakfast selection was not as I remembered the many years I had stayed visiting family before. I have not ruled out staying here again…as these are things that can be corrected and will probably affect guest visiting for the first time positively.
