The stay was good, but the last running the breakfast buffet was outstanding. She was very attentive and made sure everyone had what they needed.

The lady at the front desk was so kind and professional. I could not have asked for a better experience. If I could rate 10 stars I would. My grand baby spilled water and she was so polite. We offered to clean it and she was not irritated by what happened. I could not sense once iota of insincerity when she told us it was okay. Her name is Callie and I want to make sure she gets the recognition she deserves for outstanding customer service. The room was clean, smelled nice and was spacious. The pool area could use an upgrade but all in all, I highly recommend. Customer is by far the most important aspect of any service experience.

Extra hold
My fiancé smokes outside and an extra hold was put on my room because he smelt like smoke after smoking outside. I wasn’t informed of this extra hold until I checked out and the room didn’t smell like smoke and not once did he smoke inside. Besides that our stay was good except for the tornado that tore thru the motel

After complaints from guest and staff of the smoke permeating the hallway, elevator and floor the authorization was made as a precaution. It did return back to the card. We have moved all smoking areas to avoid this happening in the future.

We had a quick overnight stay here. The hotel was very clean and the lady at the front desk was super helpful and nice. We would certainly stay again if we ever find ourselves passing through the area again.

Nice place to stay while visiting family in Ennis. Convenient location to several options for food that are within walking distance and close to downtown and easy access to the highway, The only issue I faced was that the ice machines were out of ice.

酒店回复: I am sorry that the hot tub played a part in making your stay less fun. We did officially have to remove the hot tub from our listed amenity. Our pool is open year round and is heated during our winter months.
