I requested a refund for this stay at the hotel and they told me only ********** could grant the refund. ********** customer service said that only the hotel could grant the refund. I was just asking for a credit to use a later date.

Great stay, large rooms
Excellent stay. The rooms were large, high ceiling and clean. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing is the parking is limited, besides that, place is great, would come back here.

We stayed the two nights prior for a softball tournament, and didn't finish up until 10 that night and decided to rebook a room for one more night.
Just as impressed as the first two nights, from the room to the breakfast, to the outstanding staff.
Will definitely stay again when in the area.

Stayed with our girls for a softball tournament, for two nights. Everything was good. Comfortable beds. Clean rooms. Super friendly staff. And great breakfast. Not to mention lots of dining options near by.
Parking was a little tight, and it's not the newest Hampton, but it was nice all the same.

Everything was so nice. The room was great the staff were great. Christine was so nice. Parking had lots of light and very safe. The breakfast was so good. The pool was heated and we swam for about two hours.

作为希尔顿旗下酒店，这次体验真的让人失望。淋浴间很不干净，有霉菌。居然还有臭虫！跟前台投诉，他们只是耸耸肩，问你是不是想换个房间。真是让人无语！我甚至打电话给希尔顿的总部客服，他们对我的投诉也漠不关心。请大家千万别住这里！
