The floors are super noisy. Person upstairs walked around and you could hear everything. Traffic noise is also very bad. No sleep for two days. Better off looking for another place. As we are.

There was a horrible and unbearable smell to our room when we arrived. Most of the evening we spent in our in-law's room until late night. Staff said they were booked and unable to move us to another room. They also said that they would notify their manager and that the manager would be in touch. However, we have yet to hear from them. There were dead beatles all over the hallways, and the benches in the dining area were so worn, I thought we were going to fall through.

The staff however, was very nice. I understand that they are limited on what they can do in situations like ours. But, we would not book at this specific hotel upon our next visit to Fredricksburg.

I realize it is Pet-friendly. I would of preferred a room no where near dogs. They barked so loud you could hear them down the 2nd hallway.

I would stay again, if it is possible to have a room away from animals.

My favorite place to stay.

It's my favorite spot to stay. The balcony truly is a game changer. I finally woke up early enough to have breakfast and I was very impressed. There are several different toppings for the waffles and the egg omelet was really good. There's a lot of variety available which I appreciated. Plus, it's very close to shopping but in a spot where there won't be crowds constantly walking back and forth. It's a great spot to stay.

Get the balcony.

The only issue I have is it seems when I arrive there's no one at the front desk so that I can check in. I wish the front desk had something to notify them that I or someone else is waiting so I'm not standing there for ten minutes or more. Other than that, I've always enjoyed my stay. Having a balcony is a huge plus and I always enjoy sitting outside watching the traffic. At night though because the heat is brutal.

I had a room with a balcony which I highly recommend. It was super quiet with the exception of the loudest of loud trucks going by. The front desk staff was very friendly and efficient. I didn't wake up early enough for breakfast, but I'm sure it's like every other Hampton. The area where the hotel is situated is far enough away to avoid a lot of people but close enough to mingle with people if you so choose. This will be my go to spot whenever I'm in town.

I like the old spanish flavor of the establishment. They have a wide selection of choices for breakfast. However, the pillows were too soft and the mattress was not firm enough.

Property was listed as have a Restaurant and a Bar. It had neither. Housekeeping just changed towels, never took any trash or made the bed. Iron in the room was broken.
