The lady working the front desk was maybe having a bad day… she definitely could have been nicer. The AC did not cool very well. We did not report these things it was late when we checked in & we checked out early the next day. Bed was comfortable shower had plenty of pressure & hot water.

Stayed at this location for our daughter’s parents weekend at TCU. Highway access was so easy with arrival to campus within 12-15 minutes.

Breakfast staff was not very friendly and breakfast did not have many options. On the top of that, when we arrived an hour before the breakfast end time, everything from toast to egg was not available. Even medium roast coffee was run out and the other dark roast coffee was cold. Other than that stay was good and other staff was friendly.

我们第一次走进Staybridge酒店的大堂时，就被它的漂亮和精美装修惊艳到了。然而，办理入住后，我们万万没想到噩梦才刚刚开始。我们的房卡打不开任何外部门禁，于是我们询问了前台，她说门禁系统出了问题，会叫维修人员来检查。与此同时，她给我们发了一张临时房卡，这张卡当时能用，但当天晚上就失效了。我们再次被锁在外面，手里还提着从沃尔玛买的满满的日用品和食品。我们不得不提着东西绕过整栋楼，从酒店正门才能进去。接着，当我使用浴室里提供的DOVE洗手洗脸乳擦身体时，闻到一股腐败的恶臭，我不得不立刻冲洗掉。我们非常生气，决定离开这家酒店，在隔壁的Best-Western酒店住了接下来的三天，在那里我们没有遇到任何问题或不适。遗憾的是，这是我们第一次入住Staybridge Suites，也很可能是最后一次！
一切都很好，房间非常宽敞，分布均匀，早餐非常好，地方非常干净，服务非常好。
