Decent Place To Stay

Ok stay. Room was nice, but found a few pieces of cereal on the floor, so wondered how much it was vacuumed. Loved they allowed us to have our 2 dogs. BUT....I was very disappointed in the "supposed" Zero% bath products in our room. I am an avid Hilton fan and fell in love with these products during my stays and actually use them at home. The shampoo barely smelled like the original product, the conditioner was not the same product and I have no idea what was in the shower gel bottle. It smelled bad like chemicals. The lotion was also a no-go. Would stay again, but definately recommend bringing your own bath products.

Mostly Great

While on the small side as Hampton Inns go, this place was well-run. Plenty of cookies upon arrival and the take away brown bags upon departure.

The rooms were clean and the mattress was firm with lots of pillows. We appreciated the Keurig coffee pot and pods. Breakfast was good enough, and the kitchen fridge had additional free water bottles.

The carpet in the lobby was a little worn and the leather on the lobby chairs was deteriorated. Overall a very good place with good access to the interstate.

Joe at the front desk was great. The daytime attendant was also great. The hotel was very clean and well kept. I would have given the hotel an excellent review, but didn’t because it’s older and can use some updates and the water in the pool was very cloudy. Despite those things, the room was clean and comfortable, staff were great, and the breakfast was really good and included a good bit of options. There were fresh waffle options, cereal options, oatmeal, mixed fruit, biscuits and gravy, bacon, sausage, eggs, coffee, tea, juices, etc.

Staff Friendliness

Night Auditor “Josh” , 5-12, 13, - 25 was outstanding. Great personal skills. Prompt and knowledgeable.. might consider giving this one a raise to keep him and advance within the organization.
