It was an easy check in process . The room was clean and spacious. I had a refrigerator and microwave in room with me. Sheets were clean , bed was comfortable.

We had booked a handicap-accessible room with two queen beds, but upon arrival, we were placed in a standard room that did not meet our reservation request. When we attempted to call the front desk to resolve the issue, we discovered the room phone was not working, forcing us to return to the lobby in person.
We were then reassigned to a room with a king bed and a pull-out couch, which was not ideal. Unfortunately, the pull-out couch had dirty bedding, and the mattress was badly stained. Once again, we had to return to the front desk to request a clean mattress cover and blanket. This was exasperating after a 14 hour day driving
To make matters worse, the following morning, the shower would not turn off and the water temperature could not be adjusted, adding further frustration to an already stressful experience—especially after the events of the previous night. We let the front desk know about the shower when we came down for breakfast and when we went back 30 minutes later to get or belongings it was still running I am very glad we did not decide to take a shower the night before!
Throughout all of this, no member of your staff offered any form of compensation, or acknowledgment of the numerous issues we encountered. We've had better experiences at more modest hotels and had expected a much higher standard from a Marriott property.

It was convenient to location of the activities I was in town for. Some of the towels were spotty with stains and looked dirty.
I put on brand new white footies to walk in the first night and when I pulled them off the bottom of them was brown—-so that showed us the carpet was filthy. The hallway and entrance on the first floor looked filthy and worn.
If I pay the amount I paid for a hotel I expect it to be worth it and this one definitely wasn’t.

Room was clean and staff were friendly. The rooms need to be updated for the price of the room. The bed was kind of hard. Another disappointment was the pool was out of order. For $174 the hotel was definitely not worth the price.

The property was nice.
The staff were friendly, and it was easy to check in and out. The beds were comfortable and clean. The room smelled stuffy and moldy. There were water stains on the ceiling. Also the room was handicap accessible and it was at the very end of the hallway not convenient for a disabled individual at all.

No pool to swim in and this is why we rented this place. Your people when asked if they had a pool they said yes on the phone.

It’s okay for 1 night. The breakfast is good. The staff are very friendly and professional.
The rooms are very dated, stains on carpet, curtains, rusty areas, and it doesn’t appear the rooms are well maintained or throughly cleaned. This property is below the Marriott standard rooms.

The pool was no functional and we only chose to stay at this hotel because of the indoor pool and hot tub. Breakfast was just okay and one of the beds in our room looked like the sheets had not been changed so we ended up having to share a bed. Very disappointed in the hotel for the money we spent since it was one of the more expensive in the area.

First room had cigarette smoke smell in the room. Furniture has stains and nicks. Elevator has tile missing. Not a well kept property. I would pass on this one. Not up to Marriot standards. Good for them I’m not a company representative.
